“I’m from out of town, and made the stupid mistake of pulling up to the only green handle pump at a BP gas station only to discover I was pumping gasoline into my diesel tank. Worst day ever. I contacted Grgurich Mobile Service and shared my situation. Derek didn’t need to drop everything he was doing and help me. I was an out of town stranger who just made one of the dumbest mistakes ever. But he did. This was an all day project that he jumped right in the middle of and took care of the situation, getting me back on the road by the end of the day. Needless to say, I have never experienced kinder, more compassionate and professional auto service in my life. I cannot express how grateful and appreciative I am for their services and responsiveness. I understand what it took for him to drop all responsibilities and tend to my situation and for that I am extremely grateful. “Robert has done MANY repairs on my old Jeep, he's been keeping her run for about 6 years and I've had her for about 10. A '99 Jeep Cherokee is a tough vehicle but boy can it break down and fall apart in alot of funny ways. Had he catch fire couple times, break down on the side of the road and have to be pulled down to Novinger Auto Repair & Sales. Robert has alway been fair with pricing, and hes work is always worth it, and I'm sure if he couldn't fix it. It didn't need to be fixed in the first place.Bottom line, 10/10 customer service, and more than reasonable pricing, work you can be proud of, and the friendliest folks in town. Probably the best thing about that town.”
“Great shop! I had a screw in a tire that was approaching end of life... so, I needed 4 new tires.
I dropped my car off at 3. The tires arrived at 3:15 and it was done before closing a 5pm.
But they even went above and beyond and let me come a few minutes after closing because I didn't get off work until 5.
