My wife and I wanted photos for an event as well as to distribute to friends and family. It took over 2 hours to go through the 2000+ photos and edit them. We followed the instructions and received a slip after we completed everything required. It was to be finished an hour later. We returned over two hours later to find no photos. They did find the slip printed for them but NO PHOTOS. This was bad enough, but the manager started guessing what we did wrong with absolutely no facts to back it up. It was our fault that the computer did not print them. They do not have the pictures??? We would have to redo everything. WILL NOT GO BACK. POOR PRODUCT. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This location has some of the nicest Staff. I usually go in during the evening and no matter who’s working the night shift. They’re always pleasant and I’ve had multiple issues with register rewards not printing and they’ve always handled it without a problem! I just started couponing and I’m sure it’s annoying for the employees, but they never made me feel like an inconvenience! There was Employee today that helped me around 5 o’clock she was working the register pretty much alone during shift change and was as sweet as can be! I’ve also been helped by another person, I believe her name is Ashley. I think she’s a manager and she’s also really nice.

Walgreens is a big RIP off.They show sale prices on products, but in tiny letters (unreadable) says rewards members only..

I got passport photos from this store and when I took them to post office to get passports, they were rejected because the backgrounds were not WHITE! So, I had to spend more money to take photos with white backgrounds. This is unfair! Walgreens needs to put professional people at work so that to provide the right service. If I went to post office for photos at the first place, I could have saved my time and money. I will never use Walgreens unless I am compensated for it.

Photos/banners are never ready within the 2 hour timeframe. Associate don’t even check on the orders to try to print them within that time. They’ll check once you arrive and say computer didn’t print it. I won’t print here any longer.

A must go to when needed personal items. Employees are super friendly!! But the pharmacy keeps flagging silly scripts for like IRON pills and causing me to pay out of pocket instead of my insurance covering my co paid...talk to my insurance company and was told I'm not the only one having these problems with Walgreens( i realize it's not them at store level but I'm becoming a bit suspicious about corporate)

I've been in a lot of pain since 3:00 a.m. from an infection. Called my dr. at 11:30 a.m. Explained the situation to the person who answered and she said she'd have the dr. send an antibiotic to Walgreens on S. Lindbergh, where I have my prescriptions processed. They were to call and let me know when they called it in. I didn't hear back from them by 4:30 so I called again. The doctor called me back and said she'd been busy all day so she just called it in. I waited 45 minutes and called Walgreens to check the status. The recording said they "were working on it" and they'd call when it was ready but if I hadn't heard I could call back in an hour. I hadn't heard by 7:15 so I called them. The recording said the prescription was ready but they're closed so I have to wait till 9 a.m. tomorrow to pick it up. AT NO TIME DURING THE RECORDINGS DID THEY MENTION THE PHARMACY CLOSES AT 7:00. Now I have to suffer through another night. If it was ready, why didn't they call me before they closed?? I am furious! If I could give them zero stars I would.
