Add my truck. Told told me that they could get it running fixed when asked questions about when it would be fixed. Was told that do not do carburetors. Man at the desk was very rude.

Excellent! We got a flat on our horse trailer on I44. We used our spare but needed to replace it. They were the only ones in the area that had the tire we needed. They got our spare off, mounted & sent us back on the road quickly!

I am so thankful for the guys there for going above and beyond to help me get my son's car fixed and in a timely affordable manner. Took my 2021 Ram 2500 in with a leaking right front tire. Got there at 8:00, their opening time. Left at 8:16 with a repaired tire. Gladly paid $20. Friendly, fast service.

We had a flat tire while traveling cross-country today. We got off I-44 at rte 100 and knew we could not drive on it. I searched for tire repair shops. Called Tri-County. They sent a wrecker to get us and take us to their shop about a mile away. The tire was ruined. They did not have a Bridgestone and called several other tire stores, finding none. We asked if anyone nearby had Michelins - someone did. (Aside: we did not like the Bridgestones -- too noisy.) The owner drove 13 miles to get tires, and installed them right away. Bottom line: we were back on the road 2 1/2 hours later - on very quiet tires! Thank you guys for excellent service!

We have been customers of Tri Country since moving to the area in 1997. Kevin has always been straight with us even when the news is bad.I don't know if they have the lowest price, but I know they will see us in an emergency and be honest and that's what is important to me.

Got my tires changed here and specifically requested to keep the good one (other one was popped) and not only did they charge me for 2 disposals when it should only have been one, they lied on the phone saying they had my tire and when my fiance got up there to pick it up, THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT! We will never be back and now I am out 1 perfectly fine tire that we told them we wanted to use as a spare (which is why we got 2 replaced instead of 1). I do not recommend.

Excellant staff and service. Being from out of town I needed not to have to wait for days. They got me right in fixed my pick up and I was ready to go. I would recommend these folks to everyone.
