The online banking system is absolutely horrendous. Not only do they grey out part of your username, the forgot password function also only works half the time. They ask for a second authentication to prove it is you, if I am able to confirm through TWO different verification methods, that I am who I am, I should be able to change the password. Regardless of ‘how many tries’Second, I never thought I would say this, the fraud department is WAY too active. I have had my card frozen for an Amazon purchase, with Amazon as the seller, not a secondary private seller.Lastly, I travel a lot for work, I have called and issued a blanket statement MULTIPLE times asking them to stop freezing my card when it is run in an out of state location. I should not have to call every. Single. Time. I go out of town.
