Our postman Ryan is amazing. 11/10 stars. I'm probably one of the furthest destinations on this route yet he always gets here around 11am. Goes above and beyond to make sure the massive hoards of packages we order almost daily on our first visit of the season get to us reasonably/very fast, almost always within the estimate window and always before we leave town, even if that means making a second trip in the same day. Each round trip between this post office and me is FORTY MILES. That means there are days when this man drives eighty miles, counting only the routes necessary to get from the post office to me and back twice, just (for example) so I can replace some security equipment that broke less than 48 hours before I have to leave to catch my flight home, or so I can get some loc-tite on a fastener before sundown.
These guys probably don't have anywhere near the funding and infrastructure necessary to support their amazon-era loads in a place like this so I bet a lot of the poor reviews are due to late deliveries that USPS literally could not fit on their final delivery vehicles. If you live here and order a bunch of stuff online, have some sense and anticipate unreliable delivery date estimates. Back your expectations off by a day or two & you're probably good. If you order a refrigerator via rural USPS, be prepared to maybe go pick it up. AFAIK they don't own a delivery-TARDIS, their mail trucks are no larger on the inside than they look from the outside.
Sometimes we have delays, sometimes we've had to go pick up larger items, but both are extremely rare unless I have literally dozens of packages en route. Stuff I ship to myself from Arizona before I leave typically beats the delivery estimate by a day or two. Everything I ship or have delivered via USPS arrives. Maybe I'm just the luckiest person alive in just this one category, but I think it's more likely that USPS is actually really good at delivering stuff.

This is the only post office that I don’t dread going to. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. They even helped haul out my packages before they are amazing.

I only use this post office because I am forced to. It's horrible, the customer service is terrible. The clerks get smart with you and take their time with assisting you. Got there at 8AM to pick up a package and waited more than an hour for them to find it. I can't wait to move out of this area simply to get away from this post office. After waiting almost an hour the post office delivery women got smart and told us that she will deliver the package at 3. So after sitting around waiting we ended up leaving without our package. Absolutely ridiculous and people here at this location should be fired. This involves the carrier for Brooks Drive in Granola Mills. Since living here over 3 years we know that packages fo not get delivered. We are required to pick them up. This mistreatment of people is why the post offices are closing. This one should also be closed.

If I could give negative stars I would.....this office routinely fails to deliver mail and packages while saying that are delivered. I have spoken with the postmaster REPEATEDLY with no change in service. This office is a joke.

Beware they struggle if you more than one entities mail coming to a location. They have no problem sending your mail back. I called them went through the electronic process unsuccessfully. Do not do a temporary forward.
