Disgust!!! I've visited here often, today being the second time I attempted to use the air compressor to air my tire. Today also being the second time the air compressor didn't work! In fact I was only able to get about 2 LBS of air from Casey's appliance. I've now had to review both service stores in Grant City due to their air compressor appliance.**Review will be amended at a later date**12/08It's very simple people! Either fix your existing appliance, replace your existing appliance or just simply remove it. It's not a parking lot ornament.

I have been in this store 3 times in the last 2 months. Each time there has been 4 to 5 employees working ( well standing around talking) they all look at you then continue as if your not even there. I have stood at the counter anywhere from 3 to 5 mins to be waited on. Do your jobs people!!!! Shouldn't be about who gonna wait on who or you don't like that person. Ever stop and think maybe we don't like you either? But we enjoy Casey's food, and merchandise. Just sayin!

Usually acceptable service. Today problem with new prepay policy. I wanted a fill up and to purchase other items inside. Clerk asked if I wanted $20 or $30. I repeated I wanted a fill up.Sure I could pay at pump and then go insie to pay again. So I went to Country Corners and did 1 stop.You don't leave enough room to see writing

Very rude employees that talk about theyr personal life and if they dont like you they'll call you names and try and kick you out. Would not recommend

I was driving to Ames from Kansas City yesterday, and decided that I wanted a cup of Joe to perk me up a little bit. I exited I-35 at the State Line US 69 exit and drove up to Lamoni the scenic way, hoping to stop at the Linden Street Coffeehouse downtown. Unfortunately, they had just closed, but it was cool to see various Amish horse drawn buggies out on the road. That left Casey's General Store as a coffee choice, although I should have probably continued on the Amish Country Store forward on to I-35. At the same time, Casey's coffee is pretty solid, as is their overall snack selection. In this case, that was a chocolate chip cookie. The bonus is that various members of the community are out and that helps remind me of where I came from. That stated with a gaggle of high school kids outside and ended with the elderly lady taking "forever" to write a check for her purchase.
