Paid for a lift kit accessory on 4/19/24
Went back 4/29/24 check on the part ordered
Well they never ordered it
So I asked for my money back they said they don’t do cash refund
Had to wait for Mark to make a check when I did
I’m guessing he’s the manager/owner
Went to pick up the check never looked at me
Acting like he was on the phone
Blaming rough country about the situation
Stating that someone dropped the ball
Never a courtesy call nothing didn’t have the balls to owned there mistake says a lot about a “manager/owner” of a business
Don’t really care about one single customer shameful to have this kind of business ?? in our city of Grandview mo great job mark

Staff was cool,but never followed up on the wheels I inquired about. Prices appeared to be about average, or above.

The guys at Xtreme Truck & Auto are a great group of guys very friendly and very helpful, and very professional highly recommend for your truck and auto accessories and window tint and wrap and support local business they are not a big chain they are local so the money stays local so if you want an Xtreme experience check them out!!

They ordered the part. I picked it up by noon the next day. On line places were slower for about the same price. The guys are friendly to folks like me who don't know about truck parts .

Purchased a tonneau cover for my truck. Why we were on our way to Georgia. Made a phone call the have one and stock. And they were willing to put it on for me all for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to anybody. That needs any truck accessories. I wish we had one where I live..

The entire staff at Xtreme Truck & Auto were extremely helpful and super cool to work with. They changed the appearance of my truck 100% to where I can't stop looking at it. The one bad thing is that when it came to getting the tires for my truck, they forgot to order the set I requested. The part that made me more appreciative of it all is that they ordered the higher end tires for me and did not charge me extra for them. On top of that, they were able to get me my truck back earlier than expected. Definitely coming back. Thanks again,

First time I’ve been around a group of lefties who know what they’re talking about…left handed people of course. Great place to spend money on truck wants, but also truck needs-they installed a hitch receiver in less than 20 minutes. Fairly priced too 10/10 would recommend

Brian and his team were amazing! We have a short bed RAM and needed a Demco Automatic 5th Wheel Hitch Slider installed. When they saw it would take a few hours longer than expected, they called and told us. When we went to pick it up, Brian took the time to go thru the manual and show us how it works. He talked to both my husband and I (because I always want to know how to operate things incase my husband got sick or hurt on a trip and I had to do it all). Brian never talked down to me and made sure we both knew what to do. Everybody there was super nice and we highly recommend them!
