I ordered a game and had it shipped to my house. When my wife and I received it, it had water damage and damage to the case, cover art, and manual; the disc was scratched and cracked. I paid good money for my game, and the fact that they sent such a damaged copy is unbelievable.

It’s always nice strolling into this location to see what they have in stock. The store is clean, and it’s easy to find items of interest based on platforms (ie CDs, DVDs, consoles, etc.). However, one of the things they could do better is alphabetize their video game collections to make it easier to find what you’re looking for.
All this aside, I want to give a shoutout to one of the associates, Noah. He is an awesome associate who always makes me and my husband feel welcome and it definitely makes the visit pleasant!
UPDATE: My husband and I were not greeted upon walking into this store, which is unusual. I wondered if an associate was there. My husband asked the associate who is there today (5/19/24) how much an item was and he was completely ignored. I don’t know if the associate heard him or not, but he acted like my husband inconvenienced him from reading his comics on his device.

Vintage Stock is my right hand man when it comes to putting extra cash in my pocket. They buy a lot of gaming and music related products. Anything I have laying around I don't use anymore I just drop in and they are always willing to look over everything even if they can't buy it. They also buy my unused gift cards for a fair price. They are always super friendly and work quickly. They also have a great selection of new and used gaming products at fair prices. Definitely a Vintage Stock fan for life.

Love this location. The kids that work here are so nice, lovely to converse with and are great subject matter experts in manga, consoles, & video games. My autistic son that puts video games obsession on a new level loves going here and discussing things with the workers. Always a pleasant experience.
