“I entered excited and left sweaty and ready for a nap! Lots of fun challenge rooms which made for an amazing family outing. Would recommend for all ages, but definitely bring some people who can run or climb or some of these rooms!”
“I had my Mom's 80th Birthday Celebration at the Venue in Leawood and it was amazing! Beautiful facility. Ms. Elizabeth is a pleasure to work with and her staff is really sweet! My Mom had a blast! Recommend having your special event at the Venue in Leawood!”
“I needed a place to host my son's celebration of life. From the initial contact to the end of the event was seamless. Our service was top notch, the food was great, and everyone I came in contact with was professional and kind. It sure made a difficult day a bit easier. I would highly recommend this space for your event.”

13440 Holmes Rd, Kansas City“This venue is adorable!! You could host any type of event here and be well taken care of by them. Prices are also amazing! One possible con would be the space only holds 200 people.”
“Had a great time at The Culinary Center's "Timeless Menus: A French Châteaubriand Dinner" experience.
Learned a few new techniques (proper whisking, how to save an overcooked hollandaise) and Chef McPeake was an engaging, entertaining teacher throughout.
This particular class came quite pre-prepared - most chopping, measuring, etc had been done in advance - which made it very convenient to enjoy the company of the group I went with, but also meant we weren't required to... DO... a lot. I'm considering some of their "Pro" series to get some more skills-development.
Overall, great experience: would definitely recommend.”

8107 Overland Park Drive, Overland Park“I loved this place so much. Everything about it was nice. Nancy and Jane helped out a lot. It was also very affordable and pleasing. I couldn’t be more grateful. I recommend this place if you want something more small and intimate.”
“Such a cute store! The boutique was nicely merchandised and the associate working was very helpful and kind. I will definitely return when visiting Kansas. They also had a wonderful selection of clothing, so many soft fabrics!”
“Still needs some time for the fairways to grow in, will be spectacular in just a few short weeks. Plays really long from the tips, with many ups and downs from tee to green”
9:30AM - 3:30PM
824 E Meyer Blvd, Kansas City“The Arts Asylum is the perfect venue providing an intimate theater atmosphere.I had the pleasure this evening to attend the opening night of the play, 'Price Of Bail', written by award winning playwright Olivia Hill. This intelligent, gritty, hard-hitting play will make you yell bravo, encore, and applaud until your hands hurt.”
“We went to Serendipity last weekend for the first time. It is AMAZING!!! The environment is so cool and cozy. It was packed, but they made room for us. I am very particular about wine and it was wonderful. We ordered a large charcuterie board that was delicious. The musician on-site was a nice plus. We plan to go back soon and often.”
“Excellent course, that's challenging yet manageable distances allow for easy irons off the tee and approachable greens without the need to grab the driver every tee shot.”

5235 W 116th Pl, Leawood“My son loves Oreo shakes. Every Friday after school, I take him to get his weekly shake. I saw Creative Culture on a friend's post and decided he would get two that week. We were going to see if the shakes were worth the price tag. When we got there, my son was worried I was about to have him paint some pottery. He isn't the creative type or rather he doesn't like to paint and color things. We got to the counter and looked over the menu. My son ordered The Original (Oreo of course) and I had the Treat Yo' Self. I should have tried the holiday one as it looked tasty as well. These shakes were delicious!!! It was like the fancy Bloody Mary's that are full of stuff except it was a shake. The toppings change with the seasons. The jars are plastic though they look like glass and you take them with you. I will definitely come back and might paint something too.”
“We can’t say enough great things about Amy, Kent, their beautiful horses (and all animals) and facilities! My husband and I loved our trail ride! Their property is gorgeous. They even grow their own wine grapes! A hidden gem in the KC area!”

10800 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park“Very good experience. Clean rooms and public areas. They have a Starbucks on the first floor which is ideal for a quick coffee and pastry in the morning. AC in the room is too loud. They charge for parking which is not standard in non crowded areas, it should be complementary.”
“Very small one room museum. My preschoolers liked that they could touch everything at this museums. We used our pogo passes to get in. However, You can get free family pass from the Bonner spring and Olathe library for admission too.”

8953 W 135th St, Overland Park“I've stayed here i think 4 times. Multiple nights each time. Little store is convenient that's inside. The coffe is meh... but there is a Scooters is across the parking lot to solve that problem. Bed super comfy and everything is clean.”
“I came here to take a cookie decorating class. This place is pretty big! You wouldn't think that from the outside. The instructor, Lisa, was great! She was very informative and showed us everything. I'm a baker and I have a hard time with icing cookies so I don't make them. Her cookie and icing recipe was super simple unlike mine. My recipes are complicated it would appear. Hers, are short and still give you excellent results. I had fun icing the cookies even though I'm horrible at it. She made me feel confident that I could do this with a little practice. The table of ladies I sat with were great as well. Everyone had fun! I'm going to look up more classes that they have and see what I can do. Maybe drag my hubs or my 13 year old to one. I highly recommend taking a class here. The picture I added is of the cookies we decorated. These were the examples that Lisa did. Definitely not mine. Lol”
“Update: I went again tonight and it was so much better. The DJ definitely was playing better songs and did a lot more line dancing songs then two step toward the end of the night.——————————————————————————-Original review: it’s boring….. I come from North Carolina where their country clubs is a lot more fun ( a lot less two stepping) . I don’t get the point of song requests if the dj isn’t going to play them and instead play songs that people don’t really know how to dance to. I read the request list and even wrote a song or two that was already requested and only like three songs were play from the entire list (fyi I was there the entire night).”

5001 W 110th St, Overland Park“This is a really good Hyatt Place. I stay at them frequently and this is one of the better ones. There's nothing to do within walking distance but there's a lot just a short drive away. If you're trying to decide between this and the HP Overland/Metcalf this is far superior.”

6801 W 112th St, Overland Park“Stayed at this Hyatt for a Chiefs game and was cheaper then staying in the heart of Kc (rooms much more expensive)….the staff was super friendly, room was very clean, nice location….only thing we noticed was the bathrooms are super tiny….would stay here again though….”

11620 Ash St, Leawood“Took my two service animals for New Year’s Eve. We live in Kansas City, Missouri and the gunfire and fireworks on NYE & July 4th is ridiculous. It will always be Johnson county for us. No matter where. Aloft was gracious and a pet friendly hotel. We didn’t her a chance to enjoy the amenities, but it was a quiet space my dogs needed.”
“The holiday Inn express in Grandview, KS was so clean, comfortable and very accommodating. The continental breakfast, pool and gym were amazing. The staff especially Israel who checked us in was amazing so professional and helpful. It was very refreshing to feel heard and apreciated.”
