Love the space, area and access. Especially climate control. But that damn alarm goes off ever time I move. Their timer is annoying. It goes off after 5 minutes of you not moving through the building. Which gets really loud, and causes a unnecessary scare when it's the middle of the night. Which is 24 hours access.

There's a fantastic lady named Kelly at the store on Blue Ridge that restored my faith in excellent customer service. She was friendly and a real professional ????? ????? she deserves 10 stars, because 5 stars isn't enough. ?
