Been in this store several times and Amber Jewel assisted me several times. She is exceptionally kind and very patient with everyone that I've seen her assist. She is also very knowledgeable about the devices and their nuances. 10/10 would visit again thanks to her.

I am a 14year customer of Tmobile and today at Store #2897 in Grandview I was treated by a black female representative very poorly. I know that Tmobile is BIG on customer service and assisting their customers to the BEST of their ability. This young black lady, and I am also a black lady so please no one try to review this as race related I just want her overall profile to be added to this review. I was speaking with a newly hired white male who I can tell is new in his role. The rude black girl constantly made comments in regards to my issue without fully knowing the issue. When I challenged her to know the information she was speaking on she got very loud and voicetrous. When she saw I was not going to allow her to speak to me rudely about MY ACCOUNT. She told me she refused my service when I was never being serviced by her in the first place. Then she has the nerve to call the police on me after she was upset because I would not allow her to talk rudely to me. The Grandview police showed up 4 cars like it was a major crime happening as I was pulling off. I asked my Mom to reverse the car so I could go back and speak to the police. They advised me that I did the right thing and I should speak with her manager ASAP. She called her manager not telling her manager the true details of the incident and I asked to speak to the manager who was supposed to call me and never did. I will be reaching out to the District Mgr. and Mr. Mike Sievert in regards to the way I was treated inside a Tmobile store #2897 for no valid reason. I will also.be reporting this review to the BBB (Better Business Bureau).

Google says 6pm. The store placard says 8pm.But the peace of paper taped to the door says 5pm.. and the lower elementary aged child on the inside made sure to point and tap the paper print out to be sure I knew which one to pay attention to today.I just want to be sure someone at TMobile and Wireless Vision LLC (franchisee?) knows how this location is being run.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!! THEYRE BEYOND INCOMPETENT!!!! Management is non existence and they close whenever they feel like it!!!! They're not a real tmobile store!!!! They're middle mans for the real company and it shows!My phone was sent here on a Thursday, went to pick it up Saturday and they're closed until July 3rd due to maintenance issues, called their Raytown location because oth of those stores are middles mans and not real tmobiles and they didn't know when the Grandview location would be open and couldn't help me get my honest that tmobile sent them!

Beyond terrible! Waited an hour and 1/2 for the manager, because he was the only one that could help me with my problem. One employee kept asking for help and no one helped him. The other employee left me and just started working with another client finished up with them then must have slipped out the back door because I never saw him again. Then the manager finally took the time to come over to tell me he could not help me because he was too busy setting up new service for another customer. I have been an auto pay client with sprint then transferred to T-Mobile for 10 years or more. But I understand Mr. Manager you make sure you take your time with the clients you gain commission on… The rest of us long time loyal customers can come back another day. I NEVER leave negative reviews. However this one was had to happen.
