We called them and the man on the phone, I’m sorry I forgot your name, told us he would make a note AND send an email to the warehouse to flag it and return to their office. He called us today to tell them it rerouted back to them and that we could pick it up or he’d send it to the right address. What a beautiful soul!!!!”

“I got there a little late at 6:54pm and was worried that it might be too late to print a few pages. The FedEx employee Natalie was very helpful and showed me the process to print with my thumb drive every step of the way. She was amazingly nice and extremely helpful. I'd recommend this FedEx just because of her great customer service! :)”
“Overall had a good experience. I had to go for a passport photo and they were able to help! It took a little longer than anticipated but I think there was an issue with the camera that was resolved. The guy helping me made sure my photo met government guidelines for passport photos and was the correct size. I got the exact picture I needed for my new passport and was off. I noticed they do a whole variety of packaging and shipping options. Looks like a great place to bring care packages that are needing to be sent. Since I only used their passport photo services I can't speak to anything else, but if you are in the area and need a new photo I recommend going here!”
“Excellent service. I left another store that pointed me to self-service or they could help and charge almost $3 for 1 color copy. The UPS employees were friendly and printed my 2 color copies for under $2.”

“The associate was very knowledgeable with helping me ship a package that needed to be cut down quickly. He did it with ease! He even entertained me when I gave him his paper towel back that he missed in the trash. He said he is usually a better shot. I gave him a pass today:)”
“This place was so convenient and Emily went above and beyond to assist me and get me altogether. I’m a Travel RN from Florida and needed to ship some boxes and luggage home to Florida as I am without my car. I had 5 boxes, 2 book bags and 5 tote bags. I was even able to weigh and measure my suitcases for the airport. She also kept me from going to 2 other businesses. I didn’t even feel bad about spending the money. It was worth it and I met a really nice lady. She definitely provided exceptional customer service. I’m thankful!”
“I love this UPS store. The man with the cowboy hat is always very pleasant and so is the rest of the staff. They're always happy to assist and do whatever they need to do to address the needs and concerns of their customers.
This location has plenty of supplies and they offer lots of services such as packing your items for you (if needed), printing, custom print jobs, PO boxes and more.
They will accept USPS packages ? as well which makes it even more convenient. As you can see I've had great experiences here and encourage everyone to check them out.”

“I had used Moss Printing in Mission Kansas and was horribly disappointed in the owners attitude and lack of customer service. I live close to the UPS store at 151st and Metcalf so I stopped in to get a quick card printed. Leif was very helpful and knowledgeable and the price was half of Moss Printing and with no aggravation. I'll use these guys whenever I can they are efficient and very helpful! Thanks UPS store!”
“I'm really struggling with why this place has such bad reviews. I've been here a number of times now to print signage for events, and also to pick up pre-ordered items created off of canva. Regardless of what I am here for, I've found the employees to be super friendly, the space to be pretty laid back and easy to navigate, and most importantly it's always a fast trip. I think the longest I've been there is maybe 7 minutes? And that's just because someone was retrieving my order and there was a very short line. Even the self service email to print function works pretty well here. Overall, I don't dread dropping by this location as I know I'll be able to get in and out pretty fast and leave with a quality product. Also - if you do the canva option to create on canva and have it printed at FedEx it's crazy fast. like less than one day. Such an amazing thing that helps me out all the time.”

If you can maintain a touch of flexibility you shouldn't be disappointed. “I had taken my printing to moss printing across the street and was horribly disappointed by the owners attitude,poor customer service and a four week wait for a simple postcard. I went to Fed-ex across the road got a very excellent printing job Adam was great, courteous and better yet the job was done fast and was spelled correctly. I don’t know if a women by the name of Lilly is a new hire or not but she was delightful .
