They wear capes for a reason. Super heroes with 10/10 service and customer satisfaction. Hopefully I won’t have to come back- but I am glad I know that if I ever need a car repair I have somewhere that I can rely on. Thanks again for getting my car back to her beauty queen status!!

I got my truck back. We have USAA insurance and they did a really bad job. Glass everywhere still, the driver seat had chunks in it. The tint on my passenger side is bad due to the glass flying in and they didn’t quote that to USAA. The driver window door is bad due to the mirror that came through the window. They did a horrible job. They didn’t even have anyone walk around my truck so I could tell them. They took my deductible and handed me the keys and said, “here you go”.

They told us when we dropped our car off that it’d be 7-10 days. You make arrangements based on this timeline on how you’ll manage your family car situation. We didn’t get our car back for 25 days. When we did get our car back they dropped it off at the wrong location and we ended up chasing down our car across town. The Grandview location customer service kept giving us updates making it look like our car would be done in 10 days. Once we were a day out they’d move it a week further out. This kept happening to us. We kept making plans to have people in our family adjust their work schedule to help with the pickup logistics of dropping off a rental car and picking up our repaired car. In the end we’d get an update the day before that it’d be ready to only have it changed on us twice. The communication through their app was pointless. The responses, if I got one, didn’t make sense and the person was poor at explaining what was happening. I wish the Olathe location would have kept our car and not transferred it for repairs to Grandview. Grandview had poor customer service, they were insensitive to what their customer experience is like, and they were extremely slow to make repairs. If you didn’t have the parts to repair my car then don’t make me drop it off a month in advance. I’m shocked a place like this can stay in business based on the entirety of our experience. The worst part is we need to bring the car back because we can’t open the fuel door which is on the side they repaired.

My car as well as my husband's truck was in the shop here in Grandview. The truck was having the bumper replaced, for some reason they put a clear coat of paint on the side panel. A week after we got the truck back the paint was bubbling. Now they originally took ownership. Once they talked to the manager there it wasn't there fault. Will not recommend crash champions if you want good work and honesty.

This company went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. I asked a favor of them that body shops normally do not do and the manager/owner went above and beyond to help me with my situation personally. Could not be happier.

This is a really late review, but in January 2024 I was sent to this location through the insurance of the driver that rear ended me and after the service I received I will definitely keep them in mind if I personally need any work done. Not only did they complete the repair in a timely manner and make it look like nothing had ever happened, but they gave my car back to me cleaner than I gave it. I mean even the wheels were shined and gleaming with the rest of the car. Plus the communication from their office throughout the process was informative and appreciated. They gave me more information (unprompted I should add) than the insurance company at times, as far as where they were at in the claims/approval process before the work could begin.

I am so glad that I was able to find an amazing company like Crash Champions to work on my car. They are full of hard workers and an amazing staff that will do anything for their customers happiness. I will definitely come here for any of my car needs.

When I got my vehicle back from repairs, it was very clean both inside and outside. My tires were even shined and everything was running perfectly. I appreciated how the business sent out texts updating me on the status of my vehicle; Kris did call me once to update me personally. My vehicle was done two days before the estimated completion date! I am satisfied with my repairs done on my vehicle.
