The worst Price Chopper I have ever entered. Picture this, Saturday morning, self checkout limited to 12 items. I have way more than 12 items as I have been shopping for about an hour. Only one Regular lane open on a Saturday morning. I asked why they don't open more lanes, with 3 employees standing and watching the self checkout. Employee at self checkout starts telling me how she does not even get a break today due to not enough staff. Security guard hears the woman getting load as she bemoans the loss of her break, and walks up to me and hears me say that I hate the poor customer service. Security guard then decides it is appropriate to tell me "So what, If you don't like it why don't you take your grizzly old ass out of here and go somewhere else?". I decided that is a great idea and will never again enter this waste of a food store.

Lines are too long, out of specials, pricing errors, (and you get no apology). Poor selection. It was nice when it reopened after remodeling but it's backsliding to more of the same. We'll go figure I guess it's permanently closed. This being a hi crime area probably didn't help.

They have self checkouts, but now they’ve decided to limit them to only 12 items and then they don’t have checkers available so the lines are backed up. What’s the point of self check out. Store has a smell and odor to it and really needs a good thorough cleaning.

Their website says they're open until 10pm on Sundays, I went at about 5:15pm and they were closed.

The quality of vegetables in this store is downright horrendous. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that the vegetables on display was all they had. I will not be back.I drove to Belton and the quality of produce at the Price Choppers out there was a thousand times better than the slop they are trying to pass off to the Grandview, Missouri residence. I have actual video footage on my Facebook page because the pictures below doesn't show the extent of the poor quality they had on display.

The checkout operator was quite proficient in multi-tasking. Most grocery store operators do not really know how to sack but Lee was great. Efficient and really knew what she was doing. It is little thing like this that help start your day right. Lee (LeAndrea) did a great job, she is skilled. Register 10, Friday 0913.

The level of quality and stock levels are as good as other Price Choppers a short drive away. Even after the remodel the building never smell clean- I think it’s meat and produce area

My daughter let go of her just bought Minnie Mouse balloon by accident and had a meltdown in the store cause it was super high up and we couldn't get it back. Gary the manager was so kind to use a lift to get it back down for her as we were about to leave the store. A+ customer service and we appreciate it! Our cashier Joyce was also super.

I will go here only if there is no food available within 100 miles. When I used instacart, they said I had to come in to get my groceries. Not only that but I had to go into the freezer, refrigerator, and shelf and get my own bagged groceries - and this with a cane and limited mobility. I can’t tell you how much I dislike this price chopper - and ghetto as hell.

I appreciate the savings that Price Chopper provides and I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years. However, I would like to share my recent experiences coming to the Grandview, MO location (Store #16). I shop between 9-10 am and use the self-checkout. The same Associate is usually there. When I have asked for help scanning Produce this Associate comes across as being irritated and not wanting to assist. This happens EVERY time I ask for help from this particular Associate, and then she stares me down as I leave. I am to the point now where I try to avoid this Associate whenever possible, even changing my shopping time routine or going to Hy-Vee instead.I shopped at the Grandview, MO location this morning (Sept 5) around 9:30am. The same Associate was there. As I was checking out I noticed that she was standing uncomfortably close to me, so much so that I asked her if I was doing something wrong, to which she replied " I'm just hear to grab some skittles and then I stopped." I believe that this Associate has escalated to bullying me for whatever reason.I brought this up with Jessica the Service Manager. She did not seem that concerned about the Associates behavior but more concerned that I would share my experience. I asked how I would know that there was a follow-up and she said that she could not confront the Associate with me but that she would pass my comments along. Based on her response I have no confidence that she will follow-up. Should this Associates bullying behavior continue I will have to inform the HR department of Price Chopper.I like shopping at Price Chopper and I hope that the customer experience is still important. I just did not receive the customer service from either the Associate or Service Manager today that I am used to recieving when I shop at Price Chopper.

The actual Price chopper itself is fine, It's about what you'd expect for a price chopper. You can get your groceries at a reasonable price and it's pretty straightforward. HOWEVER Starbucks here is easily one of the worst I've been to. It's not even worth it to go there It's more worth your time to head up to the one on 90th and state line, which I personally believe is the best in the metro. If the Starbucks employees at this Price chopper see this I ask you to take a note from them. I have to have my drink remade pretty much every time I come here but at the other Starbucks they've only messed up my order one time.

This is probably one of the worst Price Choppers in Missouri Price Chopper family you should be ashamed of yourself. The funny part is I know you probably don't care at all because I've been to the store multiple times and every time I've been here I walk out. Goes to show you you really don't care about the poor demographics and you would rather cater to rich people
