I wish this was a negative star rating. They claimed that they delivered my pod and we denied the delivery when the guy got to my house. But he never came to my house. I called all last night, no one knew anything. Tell I told them they can pay be back for my movers. Then they come up with a lie. The guy called me for the first one and delivered it just fine. Same guy called and told me he would be at my house at 230pm and never showed. They will lie and make you pay for it. Don’t move with them.

Drivers are pretty great. Loved how easy it was, just be sure the person filling your order gets all the information you give them.

DO NOT USE PODS – FRAUDULENT PRACTICES - TOTAL SCAM
I rented two PODS and this was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The whole thing felt like a bait-and-switch.
When I booked, I talked to multiple reps and gave them my exact drop-off and pick-up dates just to be clear on what I’d be charged. Every single time, I was told the same thing: you’ll be charged for the full second month, but once the PODS are picked up, just call and we’ll prorate the unused time. Sounded fair enough, right? Wrong.
After my empty PODS were picked up on day 16 of the second billing cycle, I called to get the refund like they told me. Suddenly, I’m told that “policy” says prorating only applies if pickup is within the first 10 days. That was never once mentioned when I ordered. I spent over an hour on the phone, even with a manager, and all I got was the same robotic response: sorry, that’s corporate policy.
To make things worse, they tried to act like prorating at all is some kind of favor to customers. Give me a break. Either this “policy” doesn’t exist, or it’s purposely hidden so they can squeeze more money out of you. Then they had the nerve to offer me “credit” with PODS. As if I’d ever use them again!
Bottom line: PODS doesn’t care about their customers. They know most people use them once and never again, so they’ll happily mislead you and keep your money. I feel cheated, lied to, and completely ripped off.
One star, only because zero stars isn’t an option. Never again.

Excellent experience! It was so great to have a POD delivered and be able to take stuff out directly to the POD and not have to drive stuff to self-storage. So nice to know I had the flexibility to have the POD as short or long a period of time as needed. I highly recommend using a POD if you have flooring done or other renovation projects.

I rented a pod back in June. While looking over the cost my initial delivery fee was 435.00 I rented it for 3 months. Which I assumed I was paying for my 3 months for my initial payment. Nope I was charged again 325.00 for July and if I do not set up a return I am going to get charged another 325.00 for August-September. So beware and figure out your initial payment is one month!!!! Highway robbery when I can go to the local storage facility and get twice the size of a pod for 200.00 per month! This size is 150.00 per month. I will never use this company again!!! So hopefully you won’t either!! So stay away from this company customer service sucks too called to explain and they just told me oh well this is your monthly fee. Even though online says on average pods rentals are 135.00 and up. So almost 800.00 I have spent in 2 months to have this eye sore in my driveway. Yes I was trying to be more convenient while doing some work in my house. But for this amount of money I have spent I could have rented at the local storage units and drove the mile with a loaded trailer and saved money!!! Not to mention the door gets stuck open hard to close if it gets up to the locks. If you don’t open it all the way it will close on you as you are in the middle of loading items!

Absolutely horrible scamming business. One of the driver delivered the PODS to my property and he backed in to my house and damage my roof and siding. The driver fled cowardly after he dropped the PODS. He did not come out to explain to me what happened. I called his number he would not answer and I left him a message. I contacted the PODS company to file a claim, it took them three weeks to just reply to my complaints after making a dozen of calls. The driver denied delivery and damage (according to PODS representative). Photos explain everything. I am still waiting for acknowledgement from the PODS about the incident, but it seems like I have to go to small claims court.
