The PODS was delivered old time, set right where I needed it, was in clean condition. and picked up on time. I would highly recommend PODS storage containers.

We used PODS 4 years ago and were pretty happy with the service. The biggest issue was getting our 3 PODS delivered to us at the new location.
Regarding our recent move, we asked for 2 containers to be delivered. We changed the date because the sale of our house fell through. We called back and changed the date again for our 2 containers to be delivered when our home sold quickly again. Only 1 container was delivered saying we wanted 1 on Sep 3 and 1 on Oct 2. This was their screwup but I haven't heard back from anyone to resolve this issue. We are requesting the $300+ fee be refunded to us and we placed a dispute over a month ago and I still can't get anyone to call me back...even after calling and leaving several messages, etc. Very disappointed in their service this time and will probably never use them again because of this bad customer service.

Using a POD worked well, twice, for me in accordance with my set of circumstances. I listened and accepted their suggestions for packing the POD, and had a very positive experience. My belongings arrived in one piece, no damage whatsoever, after a 1400+ mile trip.
Read all of the documents provided, ask questions, make use of their driver's experience and knowledge, their customer service and the job you've contracted should go without issue. (Barring, ofcourse, any unforseen catastrophe.)

The pickup and drop off scheduling with this company is nuts. I ordered my pod for a specific range of dates but, somehow, that time frame was not honored. I'm stuck with an empty pod sitting on my street for a week longer than I expected, and longer than I got a permit for. Be careful when you order this, they don't really take your dates seriously unless you call them...so weird.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will lie to you just to get the sale. I was told they could pick the pod back up the very next day. I made it clear that I needed that to happen. That was the only reason I went with this company. Today they dropped the pod off and are now telling me the next available pickup is in nearly 2 weeks. This is so unprofessional!!

If I could give zero stars I would. The drivers a horrible at the drop off location. The storage facility was listed incorrectly and the hours of operation were not correct. This company has gone down hill at a rapid pace, I will not be using them again.

Pods leaked while they were at pods storage. Water soaked a moving blanket on my 30 year old solid oak table. It left black fuzzy stuff that wouldn't come off. Will need to sand it off meaning I will have to refinish it and the chairs. Had the insurance so filed a claim. After 3 weeks they finally offered me $400 due to depreciation. Really! That won't cover the cost to refinish let alone buy new. Not happy at all with the amount it cost to use pods. Then they wouldn't even make things right when they knew it was their fault.

They waited 16 days to pick up the container after I attempted to get it picked up on 6/2. When they did finally pick it up 6/17, it rolled to another month rent conveniently. Good luck talking with anyone there. They're online chat is a complete waste of time, forget getting a live person on the phone and the email address they say they respond to, nope.....zero reply.

Jason was great through the whole delivery process. He called when he was 30 minutes out to let me know of his arrival. When he arrived he went over the proper way to load as well.

PODS will be our 1st and only choice if needed in future!! We accessed our container onsite at PODS location in addition to home delivery. Service received from PODS location was excellent!! Thank you!! ☆☆☆☆☆

I really needed more information regarding the pods, the cost, & basically how their system works. I feel like I really just need to speak with someone that could answer my questions & concerns. As well, I would like to see a pod; what they're made of how sturdy and durable they are.
And how secure the are when they contain my belongings especially when unattended. Are they relatively safe from burglars & thieves etc....
