There was a gentleman who greeted us at the door, asked if we needed help finding anything, took us right to the product, and after we picked out what was best for our dog he checked out our purchase he made sure to wish us a good day.

Went to the store to shop when I walked in asked the cashier for the bathroom. And she told me that I have to go and use it to another store. I was pretty fustrated about this situation because I did not expect this from a store like Petco. I shopped there all the time. Why did they sent me somewhere else to use the bathroom, I just couldn't believe it. No going back to that store anymore time to start shopping at petsmart.
