I bought a tire rod end online and the young clerk was there was rude as ever. I asked him when my refund would come to my card. He said automatically it will and I said will it take a week, he’s then says that’s what automatically means. I will be going to corporate for this matter that’s not customer service. I then called back to speak to a manager and he said he ain’t here and hung up on me.

We visited this O'Reilly's and we were very impressed. Our check engine light was on, and we went in to have our light checked out. We were told their machine was stolen, and they couldn't help us. Well Devin a new employee used his personal machine to help us test it. We figured out it was a battery. Devin helped us find the battery we needed, signed us up for the O'Reilly's membership, and had great service in the entire transaction. He then replaced our battery and cleaned off the terminals that were covered in acid due to poor maintenance on our part. Devin went above and beyond in service. Thanks O'Reilly's!!
