Should make the number on the back of your vehicles larger so it's more visible when drivers speed away and reverse into their parking space because they don't want to be held accountable for almost causing a wreck. (8R0A14)

Went to the one in Grandview thinking it might be serious. Roderick came out, read thru my manual, explained how to do a couple things myself, took out dirty cabin air filter, replaced a new one. All with a smile. Now THAT was above and beyond customer service.

Great experience! ! ! actually up there there's a lady named Ashley who is very knowledgeable and helped me with everything I needed . I had a very pleasant experience. I'll probably be going here more often now since I had a bad experience at AutoZone The only reason I go to AutoZone is because I can get 20 bucks every time I spend 20 bucks after five times

Called to confirm a part was in stock. They said it was, drive to the store and they can't find it. Not sure if it's the system or somebody not doing their part of updating. The service was nice though, just didn't like wasting the time for the drive that could've been resolved by a "Do you mind if I place you on hold to check".

Rude employee! if you hate your job so much that you can’t even show decency to a child that’s excited to get a part for his 4wheeler, then you suck at life. I wanted to exchange words but decided it was best to just walk away.
