They are really naver there or naver answer the phone when they are there. They try to say you have to pay for all the extra thing you don't really need to pay. They play on there phones more then working or be next door or at price chopper seting the geting Starbucks.

So I went to the store I bought a phone and phone case and screen protector then I decided I didn't want the screen protector and then I told her I wanted to return she said the policy says there's no returns and she covered the receipt with a big sticker and I peeled it off it ripped a little bit but I read the policy of returns of this accessories and it says they allowed it and then she lies and says that her manager said no

This location is always closed even when I see empi inside , if they are open then they always on a break or lunch break they open late and close early at this point there is no need for this location bro even be open any more they never have the phones that they have on display they always have to send you to another store just to get a phone you paid for it this location it really makes no since at all , I even called the store number and watched the lady inside not answering it's ridiculous
