It is the worst store that can exist, they are big thieves, they blatantly steal from you, the lousy managers
Service is the worst that can exist. I do not recommend this store at all and be careful with payments. Be very careful.

Becareful, paying bill or buying phones here. They will over charge you for everything. I was over charged and billed 153.08 for a new line to an old phone. I also had to waste more time and money trying to get my money back.

Always willing to go above and beyond to make sure you get the most benefits the best phone and the most perks their customer service is about the best and everyone knows T-Mobile towers are the best if you're looking for the best service the best deals that's may not be a corporate store they will make sure you leave with a smile if for any reason you need additional services they will go above and beyond even reach you out to there support agents to make sure any problem is immediately dealt with this is probably one of the best non corporate stores that I have ever been to they are very professional I will go above and beyond to help you

Do not go to this store the fat worker that can barely walk is lazy. I had a simple problem but she act like it's nothing she could do. Went to the Metro by Price Chopper and they took good care of me. They need to fire the fat girl because she is lazy.
