Just want to put a shout out to the guys at Jerry's automotive. From the fine service advisor in the front cuz the guy's busting their knuckles in the back, this place is awesome. Sincerely, just awesome. They have worked on multiple vehicles of mine. They backed their word with their warranty. These guys are awesome. Recommend these people to anyone. I have nine cars. My entire family comes here

They charged me $186 to look at a window repair. I don’t believe they even looked at my car. Then wanted over $600 to repair the window. Absolute rip off!!!

When Jerry was there, this was a reliable place to take any vehicle. Like 5-star good. Not anymore! Took a truck in to resolve an issue. They said it needed a new fuel pump. We assured them it just GOT a new fuel pump. Then they said they thought it must be something connected to the fuel pump or maybe we got the wrong fuel pump so they'd keep it another week to figure it out. The prices were so ridiculous, We said we'd come pick up the truck. The bill for 4 hours of diagnostics was $826.09. I nearly choked. Took the truck to another shop. He found the problem and fixed it in literally 15 minutes. It was a short in a wire. He charged us a nominal fee and the truck has run like a dream ever since.
As a woman, I was talked down to, told I needed to go research the correct fuel pump myself and that's when we decided to just pay the ransom to get the truck back and never EVER do business with these people again. We can't recommend them for anything unless you want to spend an obnoxious amount of money and not get your vehicle repaired. We were scammed out of $826.09 and it would have been a lot more in unnecessary repairs had we fallen for what they were telling us. This was the second vehicle they misdiagnosed. The other one cost us almost $500. When our company makes a mistake, we own it and make it right with the customer. Don't walk. RUN from this place.

I like and trust them with my vehicle. They don't do upsetting, though, if your car needs something they will let you know.

Couldn’t be more pleased with this shop! Melvin and the team helped me get my Jeep up and running after a very mysterious diagnosis and lost hope. They didn’t give up on me though! Pricing is great, service is great, turnaround time is great.

Refused to do a state IDOD even after appointment to do so. They don't know the laws.
#1 It's not up to the shop to decide what the customer does with the IDOD.
#2 If registration is not being applied for, INSPECTION is not required. Only IDOD, regardless of year.
I suggest their service writer get educated on the laws if they're going to offer state inspections to try and sell work post inspections.
I understand it sucks to do anything for $12. But don't sign up to be a certified state inspector. You legally CANT refuse to do it.

Staff was nice. Took my car in for electrical diagnostics & they told me the battery is defective and needs replaced. I came back, tested the battery myself and verified that it is in fact healthy. So I decided not to work with them further and picked up my car. As soon as I left their lot, my car started lurching in idle and the check engine light came on. Coincidence? Sketchy? Who can say, but I’m not coming back here.
