I've been taking my car to Isaac for years now and had no issues when he was in his old shop he communicated respectfully. This present shop in Grandview it's been down hill. I took my car to Isaac's shop he repaired the serpentine belt and water pump. He refused to communicate through phone or text. I called and he would forward me when I had not heard any updates on my car for an extended period of time. I called from a number he did not know and he picked right up he stated he doesnt pick up phone calls which could be understandable if working on a car but then shoot a text at some point there was no communication from Isaac for a good stretch of time regarding my car and the status as the end of the day was nearing I have all the texts to prove his lack of honorable communication. Months later I had issues with the car it broke down on the highway,had it towed to his shop because I knew the work that's been done was in his shop. He ignores my texts as to when he may be able to check the car out. I had it towed to his shop which he knew and didn't have the respect to communicate. I then had it towed elsewhere and their findings were that the work done on the Serpentine belt was incomplete things were left loose causing my battery to drain and the car to die and causing the loud noise I had been hearing. There's a Crack in the water pump. I reached out send photos of their findings to Isaac he responded once that he would fix and has further ignored me and will not resolve the issue. I paid over 400 dollars for a mistake made in his shop not to mention my car breaking down with my 4 small kids due to this error . It's unfortunate as Isaac's character was at one point trustworthy but has gone down hill and sadly is no longer a reliable and trustworthy mechanic that I would recommend he is known around our community to support and help missionaries Godly people so I find the lack of character in this matter to be very upsetting. I now have to pay to fix this mistake that was under warranty out of pocket because he refuses to respond.
