My experience was good. Rough start though. My appt was 4/4. Nichole called me on 4/3 and said she’d be late so I asked if someone else could get me in at 8am. Keep in mind, the website allows you to set an appt as early as 8. She said she’d only be 10-15 mins late so if I didn’t mind that- she could still do my taxes. I agreed to stick with her and I’d be there at opening. I get there on time only to find out she wasn’t coming on the scheduled day at all, and my appt was moved to a different preparer at a later time. I received no notification of these changes. I had to wait until 9. Latonya at the front desk was very understanding and polite. She had great conversation with me until Jonathan was ready for me. Jonathan took care of me and finished my taxes. He’s very nice. I don’t have anything negative to say, I’d just say Nichole needs to work on thorough communication. I work overnights so the miscommunication costed me time. Also, don’t schedule for 8am if you can help it. MOST of the preparers won’t get you in until 9. I’d also like to add that the 1st time I filed with them in 2022, Cheryl Rabin was my preparer. The only reason I didn’t book with her again was because I was trying to get an earlier appt due to my schedule. She helped Jonathan look over a few things before finalizing my paperwork. Shout out to her as well. She’s nice.

Nichole was very nice and was efficient in filing my taxes. My refund is always accepted by the IRS as I'm walking out!

Correction**Incorrect tax info posted and submitted without correction. After variou ghosting and some work with management, they had me amend my tax return months later and now we are in another waiting game for another 16 weeks!Along with it, preparation fees said to be able to refunded because of thier issue. And we are yet to see that as well, weeks past when they said it'd be mailed toDonneta if you see this, feel free to contact me and follow up with those promises.

I’ve been a client of this location for over 10 years. Miss Billy Hall has always been available nice courteous, kind this year I have ran behind, and on my taxes I have called to set a appointment, but Miss Latonya every day I have called no matter what time it is she can’t not take any customers today she tells me it’s only 5:20 PM well we close at seven and I can’t take anybody. I asked her does she have someone in office now? No she doesn’t. It’s not time to leave. You don’t have a client SwagSam you cannot take a new client.

Aside from the expensive cost ($215.00) to process a simply tax return, W2s and 1099s, I had a great experience. The service was great, as usual.

This time of year can sometimes be very stressful when you have to file taxes. My tax preparer Carolyn, makes the whole experience less stressful. We can talk about things that have nothing to do with taxes and it takes your mind off of what you are there for if only for a minute. I will however say that some of the people that answer the phone after hours stopped me from referring any one else to H&R Block.
