We had our first visit yesterday for our puppy’s first exam and vaccine. The entire staff was extremely kind. They were so sweet to our puppy that he didn’t even realize that they stuck him for the vaccine. I’m super happy that we chose this facility to care for our puppy.

Dr. Hamilton is amazing! She's always so sweet and attentive when handling my pups. One of my pups has been having some mystery allergy issues and she has gone above and beyond to help us every step of the way. She went as far as to contact his allergist to bump up our appointment so that he could be seen quicker. The office staff are always welcoming and love both our pups. And my babies are always excited to go to their vet appointments. Also, shortly after we moved to the area and hadn't yet established them as a new vet, my husband and I unfortunately lost our husky to cancer. Every person in the clinic was caring and compassionate in taking care of our girl after she had passed. The woman at the front desk even cried and gave us her condolences when we arrived to pick up our girls ashes. Never having had met us before then. She even gave us both a loving hug. I cannot recommend this vet office enough to any and everybody who's looking for a vet that truly cares about your pets well being.

My very first appointment here, I was charged $8 biohazard removal fee for them throwing away my dogs already bagged fecal when I changed my mind to have it tested for parasites. I would have tossed it into the trash for free had I known. I also felt pressured by the nurse there who was trying to get me to do a bunch of different stuff that my dog didn’t really need. She was persistent. Asking once and maybe some explanation sure but it was more than that.
This last visit they told me they think a bump on my dogs foot was cancer and told me I need to have her sedated and have it removed. I asked for a quote on the cost, waited a day, called, waited another three days and they still never called.
The staff there seem nice but they are a little unorganized which caused me great stress for nothing. The bump has gone away. Just infection I guess.
They called to apologize and to talk to me about my experience which was a good gesture. I appreciate the call. Thank you Megan.

Review typed by my mom
I’m giving this office a 1 only because of how I was treated when I first occasionally brought my dog there starting in 2019 (anal gland expression). I think the staff was different at that time. I visually impaired, (totally blind in one eye and partially blind in the other).
Started going to this office permanently in June 2022. I continued to order my prescription dog food, flea control and heartworm products from Chewy and was approved through this office third party portal. They didn’t carry the products I used for my pet in house. Everything was fine until January 2023.
I ignored the asking for my driver’s license ID in January 2023, the false test in July 2023 for a urinary test that I paid for when NO urine was collected. There are other things, but nothing is as frustrating as my dog’s visit there on January 5, 2024. Very bizarre!
1. I was asked to leave my dog there after my morning appointment time for the doctor to do blood work and a urinary test. I CAN’T DRIVE, MY MOM drives me everywhere. I called a couple of times and was told the doctor is still working on my dog (already knew blood work was being sent out).
2. Get there around 2:30 to pick up dog and told by the tech that doctor still working on my dog.
3. The front desk person gets frustrated with me because after explaining my mom had an appointment and asking to get my dog, Jennifer starts complaining she just works at the front desk and has nothing to do with the back office.
4. Despite the repeated information regarding my visual impairment, the tech that finally comes out trying to tell me how to read the dropper to give my dog medication. Explained to her my mom would dispense the medicine (mom unable to get my dog to open mouth for medication drops. Small amount of liquid gabapentin.
5. Veterinarian comes out finally and explains my dog has kidney disease and the food she needs to start eating (I purchase the food there).
6. Veterinarian had to change from gabapentin medication drops to100mg gabapentin pills (my dog weighed 12.8lbs. Vet says may cause drowsiness.
7. After my dog was sick, I was told I could order from Chewy (In July 2023 I was told the office didn’t monitor third party portal venders and I had to order from their store).
8. Well, she wasn’t drowsy but dizzy from the medication and missed a step on the stairs and ended up tearing her left ACL. I stopped the medication, and she never missed one of the steps again. However, she did have a seizure before the medication was out of her system (she had never had a seizure before! (Did not take her back there again.
9. On the receipts my mom noticed her birth date was incorrect. When asked where they got that date, I was told I gave it to them because they had no way of knowing her microchip number. I don’t understand the games that were played about not knowing where the birth date came from on first visit. I know now my dog was probably older than what the original paperwork stated on her adoption records.
I would not recommend this veterinarian office to anyone with any kind of impairment or if you have an older dog! I am not being vindictive. I do understand dogs don’t live FOREVER. However, don’t understand the games.
Disappointed Customer Experiences,
Donna

The doctors and support staff here are the very best. They not only have great expertise, but also honestly care about your pets and you. They show this by both words and deeds in every interaction. They gave such kindness and understanding to my grumpy elderly dog all the way to the end of his long life. They now show love and patience to my overly exuberant ginormous puppy. They also are extremely compassionate and considerate of my struggles with long CNS COVID symptoms.
You won't find better care anywhere.

Love this practice! Everyone is so kind and compassionate and they really care about both pets and their owners. We were able to get a same day appointment after our pup sustained a bad eye injury. Dr Bailey and her tech were amazing. They took the time to stroke and calm Lexi before examining her. Both were very thorough, and we left feeling really well cared for.

Excellent care with affordable prices. I've lived all over the country (serving in the military for over 14 years), and this place is easily top three, battling for the top spot. I would recommend it to anyone.
