“I broke 6 rib scapula and sturnam. Told Jessica I gene I was needing a power lift recliner because of it. She and Jessica didn’t hesitate to help me. I had to be home when they delivered it. I told them when and what time the stayed late to deliver it. That’s customer service right there. I hope the higher up people recognize there dedication to people and customers. Thank you ladies so very much!!!!!”

“I decided today to buy a mattress and so I came to mattress firm because it was in my neighborhood. Gilbert was an excellent resource to help me pick out a mattress. He was friendly knowledgeable answered all my questions. He showed me several different models with and without the adjustable base. I recommend that if you're looking for a mattress go see Gilbert at 91st and Metcalf. SAB”
“Very helpful employees and they let you take your time, no pressure at all. They have a lot in stock. Unfortunately, I had to return my recliner because I was having shoulder and back pain, they offer a 10 day window to return certain products, if in new condition, if for any reason it does not work out. I do not know full policy, so please check before you purchase. I felt SO bad that I had to return the chair because these people price-matched and went out of their way to assist me and then made the return process easier than I expected. I am a bit afraid to buy another recliner because I have neurological issues (and it is NOT because of the store experience)Will take my time and if and when I buy another recliner, I will purchase here, again.I honestly got the best service in any furniture store, EVER. From the helpful and friendly sales staff to the lady who assisted on the returns and issuing me my credit back to my credit card, it was so easy and very organized.The delivery process is excellent, way better than I experienced from the bigger furniture store in KS when I bought a washer and dryer etc. in the past. The delivery people were also very helpful and friendly. I can highly recommend this store and will be back because of the excellent experience and I like to support my local stores, where possible. THANK YOU!!! I told you that I will be writing a review, and here it is! I do not recall the names of the people who assisted, I think the sales people were Chris and Jeff? “Purchasing our sofa and ottoman from Basset Furniture in KC was a fantastic experience. The showroom is well-appointed, and the furniture itself appears to be very high quality. I worked with Rachel, who was incredibly helpful. She was knowledgeable, very patient as I took my time making decisions, very kind, and provided valuable insight into their specific products including a wide variety of fabrics for customization of our furniture. She was readily available when I came into the showroom, and also very responsive when we were emailing about purchase decisions. It is so helpful to be able to bring fabric samples home to see them in your own space. I also love that Bassett furniture is made in the United States. I am excited to see the finished products when they are delivered! I never considered going anywhere else for this purchase, and we will continue to choose Basset for any future furniture needs. “I have been a repeat customer of Crowley Furniture several times now. I don't know if our salesperson was being extremely pushy because that is the way she is, or if it is because Crowley may be pushing her to be pushy, but when she approached us when we walked in, we told her we were just looking, but if we needed her, we would come find her. She said ok and went away (or so we thought) the first time we sat down in one of the furniture groupings, and here she comes, "oh that's a nice piece blah blah blah , it can come in many different fabrics and clolors, blah blah blah. Can I write this up for you"?No thanks we are just looking, we'll come find you if we need you.She did this with every grouping we went to. We finally just walked around with us because we were tired of trying to shoo her away.Once we found what we needed, she went up to the counter to write up our ticket. I excused myself to go use the restroom, when I came back, I told her "We have an account already open with you."Her reply was "So you don't want to put it on a major credit card to save paying tax"?Since I was just returning to the conversation after using the restroom, I turned to my husband and said "have you two already discussed how we were going to pay this"?He said "No".Then the Salesperson spoke up "Remember I told you about it when you first walked in"?First of all, I wasn't paying attention to anything she said when we first walked in because we clearly told her we didn't need her help at that time.I almost got up and walked out.All I have to say is, if we come back in the future and are hovered over we will not be purchasing from you again.”

Tonya K. completely went against that and was an absolutely amazing sales person. She gave me plenty of space to look around while being close by in case I had any questions. She made my experience absolutely amazing and got me out of there in a perfect sectional within 30 MINUTES. She made the sale experience itself completely painless and expertly illustrated their warranty plan on the furniture, but was not trying to be pushy when selling it to me.
