I just wanted to write a review. I was in Dollar General on Main Street in Grandview, Missouri on Friday and I witnessed a young lady at the register trying to check out. The cashier was very rude and cussing at her, then I noticed the cashier went and got up in her face. The young lady went to leave the cashier. Then, before the young lady leave the store grabbed her by the back of her head, pulled her down to the ground, and started punching and kicking her, I really hope this young lady is OK and I really hope this cashier of this Dollar General gets what’s coming to her?

Great customer service but they really need to have multiple registers open. It gets crowded fairly quickly. The self checkout is not working so it takes a long time to check out if you’re in a rush.

I went in to buy flea and tick drops. The tags said $6 but when it rang up it was $7.25. I took the salesperson and showed him the discrepancy and although he was really nice and agreed it showed wrong price he had to look up the item on the website. It shows the higher price and that's what they wanted me to pay. Not his fault but mgmt refused to honour the tags and said the website is correct and they haven't had the time to correct the prices yet. Again not my problem so i just left and will go to Walmart and get it for less than six dollars. Honour the prices or fix them.

After a very upsetting/ bad Customer experience, the District Mgr called me right away and took the situation seriously. I appreciate their Willingness to communicate and handle the matter. Wish more places today, responded this way. thanks.
