Place is a dump. Mexicans partying by dumpsters and loud music tol late at night because they have no respect for the other people that live there and it's not worth the rent they charge I wouldnt live there if they paid my rent

I wouldn't recommend moving Here it's a Roach motel don't bother calling the office about compliants either because they never take it seriously Especially the owner can be harsh and has a careless type of attitudeMaintenance man doesn't really speak English so it's hard to understand him

Chatted on the phone after trying to come up there for a couple days to make sure they were there. Got my newborn daughter out and drove 40 minutes to their office to be told there was a wait list. This place is trash, lady was rude and wasted our time. I'm about to be homeless with a newborn and this lady allowed me to pay someone to bring me up there with my 5 month old to fill an application.

Roaches galore. Charged monthly for pest control that rarely comes. Unkept premises. Don't bother calling office staff they won't answer the phone or return a phone call. These people do not know how to run a business.

Well, what I don't like is that on weekends many drunks don't respect themselves, they drive like crazy, dangerous. There have been so many accidents there and they do nothing, they would drink to fine them

Love the office staff and the two maintenance men. They are father and son and they are the best. Very nice friendly place. The lady Dorthy is awesome as well.

I Iike the park and soccer field they put in. My kids love to play basketball so now they have a place to play. Everyone in the office is great and friendly. I had to get some important paperwork to the school for my kids and they printed off everything I needed and it was so helpful. I’ve live here 7 years and have seen many improvements over the years. Thumbs up!

It is a family environment roudy & quiet each. I have had some horrid experiences involving law enforcement & trauma each yet the office & owner(s) handled the matter professionally. Being a survivor my-self.....I knew it would be a bit sketchy residing at a place while enduring civil strife at all as a individual. They knew it too. I recommend the place but they need help not simply rent. Restoration, remodeling & all that is self sustained green technology. Imagine investing in such a thing.To sobriety/vegan ???️

I lived at Daisy Walnut for almost 10 years. It makes me sad to leave. We needed to leave suddenly and management was very accommodating and helpful. Sarah is very sweet and caring. She cares about every tenant. I do recommend Daisy Walnut as a place to live.
