I just stopped by despite being unable to reach anyone to ask if the drive thru is open. I was pleasantly surprised to find it is. And the team member was amazing! Alecia greeted me the moment I pulled up, got my rxs in no more than 2 minutes, and brought an issue to my attention (the Dr had sent in 2 refills in different dosages). She took ownership of the problem and listened to my response! I've had mixed experiences here but appreciated Alecia's customer service so much that I will 100% be back. If you've given up on this location, you might want to give it another chance. Ask for Alecia!

I've had good experiences with CVS. They always have my prescription ready for pickup and delivery.

CVS is a decent store I really preferred Walgreens but they're about the same just some items CVS doesn't sell that I have to go to Walgreens to get but all in all it's a good store the people work there good friendly patience

I went to the minute clinic in Lee summit the one on 3rd street. The nurse and the doctor were extremely helpful. They understood the pain I was in and let me just say thank you.

My experience was good with CVS pharmacy. My prescriptions were available on the date promised. The pharmacist and staff were nice and professional. They took time out to answer my questions. I had a positive interactions with my CVS pharmacy.

Have had to have my doctor and/or insurance themselves call and insist I am covered for certain prescriptions for whichever reason. Calling myself typically gets ya no where, they will insist they are doing what they are supposed to (even if prescribers and insurance assures me they are not) but showing up and kind of just being in front of em seems to get things sorted, even if I've had to physically give them my phone with insurance on the phone. The staff is pretty friendly even if I'd had to show them I am correct various times because they told me I wasn't covered or had to call or show up to keep on em to fill my prescriptions in a timely manner. I haven't not been covered yet. I will say I feel it's the company itself's way of operating significantly more than the staff themselves. They are always understaffed (understandable atm) and their automated systems are not productive. If you are in the area and on disability, live with a chronic health condition, or something along those lines, I'd recommend elsewhere, however they are probably fine for the average person who doesn't mind waiting a bit longer. Still better than Walgreens on 71 in Grandview in my experiences.

You all need to hire help 71 hey Grandview mo. Drive thru closed I will be taking my prescription back to Walgreens. Covid is still real and you close the drive thru now we come in and everyone is waiting. Sad thing they never have it ready. So very disappointed in this store been going here over 20 years

Cashier was polite. Manager George was insincere borderline rude. I would not recommend this pharmacy unless you quite desperately need something.

Constantly understaffed and slow. Auto-refill is non-existant. Prepare to call for every auto-refill.

If the main pharmacist, Mary, is there she is friendly and efficient. The other pharmacists suck so bad. One told me it would be 6 hours to fill my prescription that I was waiting in the store for. Mary would get a 10 the others a zero.

This is the worst store to get prescriptions they suck! The manager of this store is slow and she doesn't comprehend anything. Poor poor customer service!
