Complete drug addicted scammer mechanic! Ethan and his dad bill lied and said they could install a transmission in my Cadillac lo and behold after install Ethan couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my car as the transmission wasn’t shifting still. He’s a liar and he knew that he didn’t have the software or tools needed to fix my car. He possibly just ruined the new transmission by not following the instructions. I had to have the police help get my car and a tow truck to tow it to the dealership all because they are deceptive and money hungry. I am heading to file a lawsuit against them and a complaint to the better business bureau. They offered a 200.00 discount which barely covers tow and they leaving me to have to deal with all this on my own. Kept my car for days on end just to leave me hanging. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I will update this once it gets diagnosed at the dealership and see if Ethan ever installed a transmission at all. This will determine how I pursue them legally. The shop is
Also filthy and unkept I should’ve known by looking that they were incapable of doing quality work. I actually blame myself for not being wise!

I wish I could give this place 5 stars but its went all the way downhill. My car has been in and out of this place for the last 2 months. First time they could find out what was wrong with it and then I took it to the dealership to get in diagnosed and the dealer told me it was the injector in "Cylinder 4". I took it back to them to have it replaced and they replaced the injector only to to tell me that was not the problem. I end up getting another diagnostic check and was told it was the cytlatic converter. Well they didnt fix it. So we were at square one. So they had me take it to someone they trust to have it looked at after 570 I found out it was the injector in "Cylinder 4". So after almost 1800 dollars it ended it being a problem that I paid them to fix only to be told that they would replace the part again. Dont take your car here please spend the extra money somewhere else.

I contacted Complete for a transmission/clutch swap on my track car. They were very responsive by text message when I had questions, and worked with me on special requests (race clutch, performance transmission fluid). They got me up and running again for my next event, would definitely recommend and will use them for service again! Thanks!

I've been going to Complete Transmission the past 5+ years for all my auto repairs. I think they're very straight forward and they will work with you to find the best solution for the lowest cost if necessary. I will certainly continue using their services and would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable mechanic.

This shop's service has really, really gone down hill since 2013 when I first went there to get my car worked on. They NEVER had personable, friendly service but at least they did fair work for a fair price. Now that is not even there. They don't complete work or they use inferior parts (different) parts than brought in, or they do half way work. It's better to go else where really.

Complete Transmission was very honest with me about the issues with my car, and they only charged me for what I really needed done. They even got my car in on a Friday before a holiday, and I was able to pick it up when I got off work at 5. Complete Transmission is dependable and honest, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
