While the hotel seems pretty new, our room wasn't great. There were stains on the sheets and towels. The fold out sofa bed mattress was stained and gross. There were black marks like footprints all over one wall in the room, too.

Nice location, great stay. Hotel is really nice and modern. The people that works there is really nice. Will return if back in area.

The stuff was rude over price, laundry facilities, four dollars for a washer and five dollars for a dryer. Totally unreasonable as someone who travels 250 days a year for work. I have never had to pay more than two dollars at the most for a wash and or dry when you asked people at the counter, why are the prices so high they just laugh, knowing that they’re making a killing off of it. Very rude. Breakfast was terrible. Cold sausage was hard as nails and the gravy was like paste,I don’t recommend this hotel. I believe there’s fleas in the room that I had. Very disappointing stay

SCAM ALERT!! Buckle up kids, this one's a roller coaster.First of all, kids over the age of 12 are considered ADULTS according to their company policy, but we're gunna leave that alone for now...reason enough to avoid this place if you're a parent.Charged OVER $500 on our card (for ONE DIRTY room) because front desk worker was "mad" at us for complaining about the extra $150 in fees they were expecting us to fork over without telling us until AFTER our card was swiped. First of all, the phone reservation we booked said taxes and fees INCLUDED in theprice, but at the front desk, a lady right before us was told "Oh actually there's also a $40 fee." The lady went out to her car to get more cash. While she was gone, we were checked in. Receptionist said, "oh it's another fee, and a $100 deposit on top."Ummmm no it's not. So we refused to pay more than the agreed on booked price. She got mad, but handed us room keys. The room we were given was DIRTY. Sheets everywhere. Food still on the counters. We go downstairs to complain and our banking app shows an authorization for $226 + $50 fee. So not only were we charged over the original price, but also given a filthy room.When we went to complain about the dirty room she charged the card AGAIN for a cleaned room that we didn't even agree to switch to. Are you kidding me!?!?! So, now we're billed for TWO rooms, both of which we obviously won't stay in, plus erroneous random fees...for absolutely no reason.*(see screenshot proof below, because I know how insane that sounds. Trust me. Never in my LIFE has anything close to this ever happened at any hotel. And I've stayed in some doozies before...)*Now the lady from before is back with her extra $40. Receptionist changes the price on this lady AGAIN and says, "actually no, it's another fee..." The lady from before shook her head, didn't book her room and left. We obviously left, too, without using either of the rooms.DO NOT STAY HERE. If you have any issues at all, they'll pull your ENTIRE MORTGAGE payment from your debit card and REFUSE TO REFUND IT. You can't just arbitrarily extract HUNDREDS of dollars from a bank account because you can't bother to clean a room correctly and a patron rightfully complains about that. Also why are you changing your prices several times DURING the transaction for multiple patrons? Literally so confused. (????) Stay at the Hilton folks, they give out free cookies.Rooms: Disgusting and uncleaned.Safety: They will steal hundreds of dollars from you. Not at ALL safe!

The staff was rude? Over price guest laundry facilities, &4.00 a wash $5.35 for a dryer not to mention $4.50 for a drink or $3.00 for a candy bar. I have never paid more then $2.00 for a wash and dryer at any other hotel. The breakfast was terrible, cold food and sausage that was hard enough to use as nails. I travel for work and stay in many choice hotels 250 nights a year to be exact but never third one again.

Incredibly clean rooms with easy access to the highways. Rooms are very nice also with a small seating area and mini fridge. Enjoyed my stay.

This hotel was really good. The room was perfect. It was very clean and modern. The pool was nice. The breakfast was also good for this class of hotel. I have nothing bad to say about this. 5/5 stars.

Rooms are very nice and service was good. The wall mounted tv was in an inconvenient spot centered right in front of a support pillar between the bed/bedroom area and the couch/living room area and could be moved or turned either direction. We stayed for three weeks. The rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable like home. Service and front desk were consistently kind and professional at the same time. I would stay again.

I was doing some research of hotels in my local area. This is a newer hotel open about a year. I just walked in to see the appearance of the front. Was very beautiful hotel and clean inside. The decor was very nice. The outside was very clean too. There was only one person working the desk. The receptionist was very nice neat clean in appearance. Maybe 2-3 people waiting. Overall this look like a very nice hotel I will have to go back and stay and give you an update.

Ati was amazing! He was so helpful and personable. He had a great personality for the front desk! The room was so clean and smelled so good. The beds were like sleeping on clouds. I really wish I would have booked a 2 night stay because the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious!

The girl at the front desk, her name was Gia. She won’t be urban beyond we got our room roommate service had not made the beds. She came up and made the beds and then in the morning she was taken care of all the breakfast area and the front desk seems to be a little much for one person, the holes were very hot and not air condition. God bless Dia. If they didn’t have Dia, they be at the creek. Whoever owns this place needs to pay her very well,

Front desk doesn't speak English well. Door to our room wouldn't shut and latch by its self. Water dripped from shower all night. Pool was cold and room was cold. Ac in suite would only run 15-20 minutes despite having it set on 65. Was way warmer in the room. Only one person at the front desk. Waited 15 minutes to check in. 200+ a night expect way better.Rooms: Clean. Ac doesn't work wellFood & drinks: $4.50 for a 16oz soda. Handed receptionist $5. He gave me back a quarter. Pretty pricey

The Front desk lady helped me over the phone several times, and was such a pleasure to deal with. She even had a little sewing kit for me when I realized my outfit had a hole in it the bed was super comfortable. We had a great experience.

Charged incidental fee for a hotel that doesn't have anything to incur incidentals, no restaurant, no bar. I'm a choice member and will be reporting this to choice. I've never been charged an incidental fee in any other choice hotel when using a credit card and paying for the room at checking so I'm calling bs on this charge. Air conditioning not turned on in hallways except first floor. Air conditioning was not turned on in room prior to my arrival. It was 90 degrees in this area today. I don't know who the owner is but I would say he needs to get out of the hospitality business because he doesn't know what it means. Went past cleaning cart and never smelled anything so foul. For a brand new hotel, owner is already running it into the ground. Signs up stating you can only eat breakfast in dining room. Signs up about incidental fees, saying a dog is a service dog if it isn't and how it's punishable with a $1,000 fine. A sign is also up saying a child is only 12 or under. What is wrong with this owner? I would say his signs say it all, I don't need to own a hotel!
