Transactions via drive-thru are swift (for a bank) and painless.Yes, lines are a little long inside. Yes, there may sometimes be a wait. But bank service is not instantaneous. The people working inside need to make sure they complete every order with accuracy -- which they do.”
“The people who work here are amazing!! They’re very helpful and knowledgeable, and have helped me a lot this past year.
The only thing really getting me is the ATM outside. “Services are temporary unavailable” or something like that. Can’t withdraw or deposit money. :/”
“I opened up an account last week and the process went good. Staff were friendly and walked through the process with us. Banking has changed over the last several years and so far we are happy.”

She was amazed at the NASB experience compared to what she had been experiencing. I told her it would be great, and that has been confirmed consistently for the now 4 years that she has been a NASB customer. I have been a customer much longer, and I would not consider dropping NASB. I had one experience where the drive through was slow. It was a new employee learning her job. Spoke to a bank employee about it, and the situation was immediately resolved. Never since have I experienced that problem. I highly recommend NASB. They also have special programs to help local communities.”
“I cannot express my joy and gratitude to the Employees at the Commerce Bank Branch in Grandview, MO! One exceptional employee who goes above and beyond EACH and every time to accommodate not only myself but my Medical Service Dog, Zoosk! All I have to do is mention “Lillian” and he gets the Zoomies! He is greeted with treats they’ve made sure are ok to give him and Lillian takes the time, sometimes way more than she should, to talk to this old empty nester…The Branch manager Nina, is ALWAYS on hand or picks up when I call with a question. Customer service like this is really tough to find in this new AI world. Sometimes we want that “Lillian Rusoe” smile/laugh or the Manager, Nina Lowry’s “Well, where have you two been?” You’ll never get that from a bot! I see why my dad loved this bank decades ago and why I still after him, love it as well! Great job Lillian and Nina! Keep up your AMAZING Customer Service!! Michelle & Zoosk”
