I would not recommend them period! The job was not done in a timely manner and is still not completed. They are paid in full. When there was a miscommunication instead of contacting us they contacted a friend and ILLEGALLY held their transmission. Why hold someone else's transmission and scream at them instead of reaching out to the person you have an issue with?
We never refused to pay. You NEVER contacted us to let us know there was an issue but you called our friend and told him you were keeping his transmission till we paid. I was on my way to your shop with cash once I heard about what was happening until I heard how you were acting I had my children with me and was NOT about to bring them around you. You also told us several times that the reprogramming was apart of the rebuild and we have witnesses to this being said.

Would not recommend, practically stole my money! After weeks of waiting, installed my transmission and it still didn’t work. They refused to uphold the warranty, and I had to pay someone else to have it done a second time and it worked just fine.

This company has some of the best people building transmissions in southwest Missouri, you can always expect them to be timely, courteous, and professional.
