“We were 100 miles out of Kansas City pulling a 5th wheel when I topped off the DEF which was getting low. I noticed that the gauge did not change and continued to drop. Knowing that once it thought it was empty it would shut down our truck. We had just spent 4 days traveling in below zero temps, some days as low as -26. We limped in to Blue Springs where we got a hotel and parked the RV. One call to a dealer said automatically we needed a new tank and pump and that it would take a week to get the parts without even looking at it. Then he said he didn't want to do it anyway. The next morning I called an independent mechanic who said he didn't work on diesel, but referred me to Drew's. He thought they were probably backed up days because of the extreme cold snap, but said to call them anyway.I called and explained our situation to Kyle. We told him we were stranded and need to be in St. Louis in 2 days. It was costing us $150/night to stay at the hotel and we couldn’t leave the RV behind. He said to bring it down. I drove it straight there. They were obviously swamped as there was no place to park given all of the trucks awaiting service. I went in and met him at the counter. Andy (Drew) was sitting there as well. I told them the problem. He asked for my keys and drove it right in. Andy came out and told me my pump and tank were frozen and just needed to be thawed out. I told him I would stay and wait even though he offered me a ride back to the hotel. 7 hours later they had me on the road. Throughout that time he frequently updated me on the status. While they are extremely pricey, their willingness to push me to the front of the line, and diagnose the problem immediately to get me on the road was above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to anyone.”

“I called to have a coolant leak looked at. It worked out that my car was able to be seen same day. Ends up the water pump needed to be replaced. Sam called and explained the details of what he saw, how much it would cost, and how long it would take (best case and worst case) to fix it. I appreciated the details and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely go back!”

“I put a lot of money into my Yukon Denali. It was worth it. Justin and his crew went to work on it and had it done in a very short time. It is in very good shape now and I look forward to running it several more years. They did very good work and I highly recommend them to anyone needing their vehicle serviced or worked on.”

“Had some work done on My 2003 Jeep Liberty timing chain replacement had a coupe of other things replaced since they were in there they only charged me for parts no labor. Piece of mind knowing they warranty all the parts and labor for this job is a plus only complaint was the cost of labor but that’s about the going rate for anyone working on these cars nowadays. Must be Bidenomics working for us. It’s not like it’s a 70 nova. oh well it is what it is and I didn’t have to do it. They work on all of my cars and have since they opened. I’ve never had a problem.Service: General repairs & maintenance”
