Made an appointment, took off work and I was a few minutes early. No one was at the shop. Note on door says be back in an hour with no time on it. Called and left a VM. I waited around for 30+ min and no one ever showed. Another customer showed up while I was waiting as well. So, back to square one looking for somewhere to take my car and taking more time off work to get it done.

These gentlemen dealt with a whirlwind of problems on two separate cars without hesitation. They were prompt and considerate. At the end, I hadn't realized they had over charged me by $150 but they called me minutes after I left. They offered shop credit or a refund. I was very pleased with this level of customer service.

A friend of mine told me about his experience with this buisness and I was in total shock of what they charged him to do what they did. Personaly I don't know how people like them are able to sleep at night knowingly charging him what they charged .I personally would have turned them into the better buisness people shamefull at the very least!!!

I had my old buick repaired here for years. Have told all who need a mechanic to come here. Gave the buick to my niece when I bought a new car. Buick is still running great (knock on wood). Now that my new vehicle is out of warranty, I will be seeing Sodano for all my repairs.
