Even though they couldn't help out with our vehicle they were straightforward on what type of scenario to expect and recommendations.

These gentlemen dealt with a whirlwind of problems on two separate cars without hesitation. They were prompt and considerate. At the end, I hadn't realized they had over charged me by $150 but they called me minutes after I left. They offered shop credit or a refund. I was very pleased with this level of customer service.
