These people are a Godsend. We had a flat just as we were leaving town. They were closing in 10 minutes when we arrived. They saw we had a baby and told us to come in and sit down in the ac, and they’d get us patched up regardless of the time. They went so far and above being kind, got us taken care of, and back on the road 15 minutes later. Professional, courteous , empathetic…. Just flat out kind and generous. Dylan, the technician was amazing, the owner was amazing, the service advisor, she was amazing. If there were 20 stars, that wouldn’t be a high enough rating. Thank you, Sergeant’s, you all are wonderful people.

We were traveling through the KC area around 5 o’clock when we had a mechanical issue with our brakes. We contacted Sargent’s and the customer service was phenomenal! They were able to get our car in first thing in the morning and had us back on our way later that morning! They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and pleased with their service! I would definitely recommend them for your service needs!

Took my Dodge caravan in for an inspection and was given a fair inspection. I was told I needed new tires rods and alignment. They completed the repair quickly and at a reasonable price. Great to know my family will be safe on the road with their honest expert opinion. Jack and Dave at the shop were very professional. Didn't try and sell me things that I didn't need. I recommend them to everyone.

We’re new to the grain valley area and I stopped in for a vin inspection to get my car registered. They were very helpful and took care of me right away. I also have a diesel truck and will be bringing it back to them when I need service.

Dave was great to speak with and when other parts needed replaced he had me come in and look under the car and inspect it to see for myself. Very professional shop and a great floor tech group.

Great customer service. I was on my way home to Pennsylvania from Kansas and stopped in for windshield wipers and they were fast and polite. Highly recommend to anyone passing through or living in the area.
