Called made an appt for inspection.. Billy ( man ans phone) assured me he had put us on their board, even ask me our vehicle type. We drove frm Bates City the day & time we were told our appt was.. BUT upon arriving they indicated we were not on their schedule?? We only had a week before tags ran out. Wouldn't recommend this place..

I took my car in for an oil change. Billy was very nice and knowledgeable. Very fair price for an oil change. I will definitely bring my car back to them for future services!

I no longer support this business. They quoted me a price for a repair and after I finally was approved for a loan, they doubled the price so I can no longer afford it and my vehicle is out of commission. Also, after installing new brakes and rotors, I informed them of the major constant squealing and to please fix it. They refused and won't answer my texts anymore.

If you need a good, honest shop, look no further. Billie has been amazing. I found JRs Garage about a year ago. Billie and his staff swapped out an engine on a 2006 Ford Explorer for me, changed out catalytic converters on the same, and replaced all the timing components and water pump on my 2011 Mazda CX-9. He's done several other odd jobs for me. There was one problem with the repairs on the Mazda, and Billie corrected the issue at no additional cost. Like many other shops, Billie says he stands by his work. I can't vouch for the other guys, but he certainly does. All the other work has been done with no issues and still works great. I'm going to Billie for everything...as long as he says it's something he can do, he'll let you know.

This shop does quality work at a fair price. Came in with 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan that needed an alternator. Was giving a fair price and they got me back on the road in no time. Techs were very Knowledgeable and Honest. I will not be going anywhere else in the future.
