Charge me $45 to look at my Husqvarna blower said they adjusted the carburetor. Didn’t run once I got home took it back they said to crank seals failed it’s a throw away. Went down this road and bought me a steel

These guys are always nice. But recently I needed a new belt for my mower. They called me AFTER they had fixed it with the old belt, and only then asked me if I wanted a new belt. I said yes, so they charged me one and a half times the price of labor. I mean why did I get dinged 45 extra dollars because of the timing of "their" phone call to me? They do good work. I will go back to them, but next time I will force them to communicate.

First of all, the gentleman behind the counter was very nice. We actually brought a piece of equipment in for repair. It was completed in a timely manner, and if it works the way it should, I'll give it another Star ⭐.

Bought craftsman lawnmower from lowes in April 2019 was cutting out after engine warm. Lowes sent to Grain Valley Rental to fix since under warranty and they are warranty repair dealer. Got the mower back today and luckily tried in lowes parking lot, mower wasn't fixed had same problem... this was witness by employee.. Lowes exchanged the mower since Grain valley rental didn't fix the problem. Also charged 69.00 for something that wasn't fixed...

Very rarely have I had such a good experience with any equipment dealer. They answered all my questions, sold exactly what I wanted and needed, and followed up with me on what they said they would. Dave was extremely helpful, some of the best customer service I have ever received. I come here occasionally when I need equipment repairs or to buy new equipment, and needless to say I will be back.

They don't use the scale to weigh the propane when filling your tanks I only got 7 pound put in my 20 gallon tanks after having them weighed
