They "lose" FedEx packages, and it's IMPOSSIBLE to call and speak with anyone at the store because the line is always busy. There is NO WAY a dollar general stores phone is ringing off the hook for 14hours.

this will be my second time having an issue purchasing food from this store.. I'm not sure what's going on or what's causing this but I purchased sour cream that said it didn't expire for a couple months but I opened it and it was curdled and super liquid like. Now I have purchased milk with an expiration date not for another couple weeks and I when I opened it it was the smell of bad milk and even left residue on the inside of the jug. Not sure if there is an issue with the transportation of these items or what but it's definitely disappointing.

This place needs new management. The store is filthy... ALWAYS. Nothing is stocked... EVER. And as stated recently. All the inventory is on carts in the middle of the aisles. I spent 15 minutes searching for a light bulb the other day. Looking in boxes and on the top shelf because they were not organized and nothing has been stocked for a while. This is a management issue. I'm honestly surprised this has gone on as long as it has being this is the only DG in GV... :)

The store has a number of issues. For one there is a lot of inventory always in the isles. This makes it difficult to find the items that you need. On a lot of the products the prices are not clearly marked. This makes it difficult when you're on a budget. Would it hurt them to clean the floors every now and then. If you want the experience of waiting through dirt and moving boxes to get what you want this is your place.

RUDE manager with a smug look on her face that needs to take a class on customer service and needs to get a makeover asap. Also the employee there was not too friendly either and probably couldn’t even count down the register by himself.

This store is lacking management. The employees are not well trained to solve problems when they arise. The store is staffed with aloof employees that don’t care about anything at all. I’d rather brave Walmart.
