Sometimes there's a line.. but if patient they are fast about moving us through. The workers always seem nice. Does an awesome job cleaning both my vehicles. Vacuums have always worked. I have memberships on both my vehicles. I do love that they have opened more through Independence to.

Would give zero stars if I could
The car wash damaged one of my vehicles
Filed a claim and they rejected it because car is over 7 years old Car is still dirty…
Lady was rude and yelled at a child because “she should learn to read the policy” tried to speak w someone over the person that makes the decision to reject claim and continently they are not available and unknown when they will be available

Overall great carwash, I came here for 1 time and tried out the mvp for 25, well it was stellar service however upon return I tried buying the month for $40 as the sign clearly says month $40 or one time for $25 nowhere on the sign is it posted we need a membership. For that I pulled off politely as I was polite to the kind staff as well who informed me. However I did tell them their sign should be posted that it's a subscription and not somthing you can pay one time like the sign makes it seem which they agreed. I'm never gonna buy a 3-6 month carwash subscription personally however I'm very disappointed this isn't posted more clearly as I drove from odessa. Overall great service but I'm not to pleased with this detail as the establishment doesn't make this clear at all till u go to pay. Perhaps it's on the website but it's a carwash I shouldn't have to go to a website when they have signs that could clearly state this. I will be taking my business elsewhere as there's cheaper just as good establishments around. Thanks

The Grain Valley, Missouri There are a few hoses that are coming off easy from the head because of people bending them the wrong way apparently I don’t know, but they still have not been fixed and when I get one, I have to move to a different because I thought They would be fixed by now because this car wash makes too much money for them not to be

I’ve joined just about every car was in Independence and Blue Springs and they all have their pros and cons. I went to the Club Car Wash in Grain Valley because Travis Kelce is on their interstate billboards, and if Travis Kelce puts his name on something in Chiefs Kingdom it has to be good.
Here is my two/three month review.
1. Club Carwash literally will spray every inch of your car. This is not hyperbole! Every car wash has the people spray the cars at first, usually a quick spray and sometimes they use the bug spray. Club Carwash goes about 100 times above the rest!
2. Club Carwash will TEXT you if you haven’t been there for a week! THEY TEXT YOU!!! They literally WANT to service you. How many companies out there look out for their customers like Club Carwash? Every car wash collects our monthly payments and we use it 3 times a week for about two weeks, and slowly go less, then life takes over and all of a sudden it’s been three months and I haven’t gotten my car wash but I have given the car wash $90. I’m afraid to not go! They may come to your house if you miss two weeks! lol
3. At Club Carwash you Never have to worry about vacuums, towels, or glass cleaner. They will also spray your floor mats. Some of the other car washes do not provide that service.
I rarely leave reviews, but the service I have received for these past two/three months has been above and beyond my expectations. You are doing yourself a disservice if you don’t give Club Carwash a chance!

I've tried this car wash several times. It never gets my car clean. I've tried all levels from expensive to really expensive. The last time I went I talked to the worker about it leaving a lot of durt and soap on the back of my car. I was told there are towels at the end and I can get out and wipe the back off myself. They said there was nothing they can do about it. I asked if I could drive through and just get a rinse to get the soap off and was told no. Unfortunately If I wanted to do it myself I wouldn't go through a automatic car wash. Poor customer service.
