Yeah...I won't go back there. I feel like they did a good job with the meat processing and packing but the guy at the front desk was an Uber jerk. We got there apparently when they were on a break and so we had to hang out in our car until they returned. So while we hung out in our car my wife took a plastic grocery bag and put a handful of wrappers and such in it to clean out the car. She walked over to a dumpster and threw it in. When they did open up the store the dude at the register acted like we'd pissed in his cereal. He went on and on acting like we had committed some great crime! It was a long lecture. Anyways it only got worse. This dude went to the back to get the meat and mumbled something to me as he walked away and I was unclear on what he said and then not knowing exactly what his instructions were and standing in the wrong spot the guy yelled at me! Are you flipping kidding me! This happened a while back...maybe that guy doesnt work there anymore. At the time I wrote a letter to send...just so the owner would know of the horrible experience we had...but didn't send it. Posting it now...to encourage the owner to train on customer service to avoid losing more customers. We now drive much further to have our cattle processed because the service is better.
