Erica was wonderful, very kind and patient with a first time borrower such as myself. Even with a non existent credit history, I was able to secure a surprisingly decent loan with modest payments and interest, based on my income. Going to pick up the truck tomorrow. Thanks so much Erica and everyone else at Service 1. Y'all made my day!”
“Great people, friendly atmosphere. I live in Northwest Arkansas and this is the closest US Bank branch I have. They have always taken great care of me and their app is amazing, and they are always updating it. I still use them even though it takes me 45m to get there to sign documents. They make available many loan programs that you can't get anywhere else even during this time of need. I keep seeing the one star review on yelp and they don't deserve it. Wish there was a branch closer.”
“While I don't have an account here their ATM is free within my works payment debitcard network.While I have been here and the ATM was broken. I was surprised that the screen had a live person speaking to me, informing me of the issue. And if I could be helped any other way with their services.”

“Edited to say the bank reached out to me and made this right so I’m happy. We’ve been with them for years and usually have great service. Thank you Great Southern (Val) for making this right.
Went to cash my check, extremely slow service and they shorted me $.50 which I didn’t realize until I got home and it’s too far to drive back for $.50. Absolutely ridiculous.”
“Oh what a blessing Rebecca is. I screwed up and let a scammer get access to our accounts. I called, had them freeze my accounts. We then went to the bank, closed all three of those accounts and opened new ones. Rebecca and two tellers (so sorry I didn’t get their names) stayed 2 hours after closing to straighten my mistakes. I received a courtesy call to check and make sure that all was going ok.”

“I have used this bank for years. I recently exchanged a $5 bill for three $1 bills, 4 quarters and 10 dimes. The service was excellent and they counted the money exactly correctly. I would recommend them to anyone requiring banking services.”
