JJ helped me find my phone which was like finding a needle in a haystack. He did not give up! He made phone calls and was able to locate in a place I would have never found it! I so appreciate the time and diligence! You don’t find customer service like that very often. I am so grateful!!

Since the previous manager left this place the things and services of this store have been terrible they sold me the phones without any ID and when I came to pay for them when I only wanted to make a payment for my vile they ask me for an ID which I consider That is total racism, I will never return to this store again and I do not recommend it to Latinos and African Americans.

My wife and I visited this store on a Saturday afternoon, due to a bulging battery issue on our Pixel phone. While there was nothing they could do in regards to the battery so we had to purchase a new phone, we nonetheless had a great experience with Brandon. As a rule I generally dislike sales experiences, but this one was definitely an exception. Thanks, Brandon, for exceeding my expectations with our phone purchase.

Be aware this is not a corporate Verizon store and they will absolutely take advantage of the fact that they do not have to follow Verizon’s policies.

I can’t speak highly enough of J.J. and Ben. These 2 men are valued employees. I hope management realizes what they have. I was having a lot of problems with my iPhone. They took their time to help me and treated me like I was the most important person that would walk in their store today. Thank you for a job well done JJ and Ben.

They all seemed to have "I will do it if it is my problem. Then charged me 3 times as much to get face to face service. If I haven't already tried online for 3 hours and already given up on " foreign man don't understand language good enough to complete a simple task. They couldn't even figure out how to port my old number. Had to do myself online through the Verizon app .

Lauren was very efficient and is exceptional at problem-solving. We had so many problems when we tried to call to make a new account ourselves, but when we went to the store she was able to solve our problems. She deserves a raise!
