Afterward, he explained that this location offers a kiosk where I can skip the line if I am shipping a package for eBay and have a QR code. “I gave 5 stars just for the people. Not for the location. For location i give 0 star. First time i picked up from under ground ware house. There are so many tight caves in here. There are so many ware houses in one enterance. You should be very alert to find your ware house's name. You should be very experienced driver to come here. I don't want to come here again. Scary place for new drivers.”

“Nice people, fast loading, had to blind side back a 53' trailer into the dock. Parking spaces are opposite the docks for cars that were in the way. Once in the dock the nose of your semi will block the drive.”

“I had such great service here. Jim did an awesome job with manners and kindness. He was super quick getting our stuff done and sent. Very satisfied with this post office. The only issue, the building messed like hay or an animal farm of dried hay everywhere.”

Give them a few minutes to work the line and a genuine smile, and you might make a grumpy person's day. We all have bad days, and the customers can either make it worse or make it so much better. “I am writing this review to appreciate the help I got from the driver who delivered Gorilla playset for my kids in KCMO. It was a huge set packed in 3 huge boxes. The delivery was for driveway only but the driver who's name is Jared helped me to put this huge thing in my backyard.Jared was so nice that I offered him for payment at the end , but he refused to accept it. I think it's rare to find such people now a days. Such employees are an asset for whosoever they work for.”

“I was so nervous about going to the Post Office Because they are always so unpleasant. I was needing to send my wedding invitations and wanted some of them hand cancelled so they wouldn't get messed up and i was so nervous they would be nasty about it. So i picked this one because the reviews were so much better than the other ones throughout KCMO. And boy were they right. Minus them not being open from 1-2 and opening a little after 2, hence the 4 stars, this post worker was so amazing. She was friendly and helpful and prompt and helped me get my invites sent out and complimented my calligraphy which made the process even better! So go out of your way to this location if you need the post office!”
