Ceresce Taylor is a DREAM! She is professional, kind, and she is patient. She made us feel at ease and made this process pleasant and fun. After closing she took the time to check in on us and was helpful with things she didn't have to. As a 1st time homebuyer, I needed a lot of direction. Paul Skehen, what can I say. This man has showed up for my family time and time again. Not only in real estate but also as a friend. There are no words to express how thankful we are to know him. When we moved north of town we thought that this Time we would try another agent, boy was that a mistake. Our farm was sold but that agent was nowhere to be found in helping us find a new home. They were on the verge of leaving us homeless and fending for ourselves. But we called Paul, and boy did we run him through it that week with all the houses he found that were right where we needed them to be. But we had a vision, And we needed the perfect fixer upper. John Gardner helped us purchase our dream first home!
