They have the best staff of workers. The 2 young guys working today. 3/17/24 about 5:30 pm.were very helpful very friendly, and I'm from out of the state and I felt welcome.

I was in O'Reilly's and purchased a trailer hitch with the security lock . However the keys to the security lock were not in it . Causing it to not even be able to be used . I have not been able to return or exchange it at any O'Reilly's. I have a receipt and it's like useless. I went to a number of different stores and they've all told me the same thing. Take it to the store you bought it at when I did this I still got nowhere. What happened to the company standing behind their products? All I want is my money back for a product that didn't have all the pieces rendering it useless to me.

Best staff ever! I had a flat tire and lug nuts I couldn’t get off. The staff was so nice and helpful. They let me borrow all kinds of tools and even helped. Leo even got outside in the freezing snowy weather to help me with the jack. Evan stayed after his shift to help me find certain parts, and Bruce allowed me to keep my tires and wheels in the back for a few days. I can’t remember everyone’s names but I was very appreciative of everyone in that store. They all went above and beyond and if there is an award for best o’reilys store, they definitely deserve it! Thank you all again! I couldn’t have done it without you. :)

Well, despite lots of snow and subzero temps, the guys at this O'Reilly really came through for me once again. I needed a new battery, and they found the right one and had it available in just a couple of hours! When I arrived, it was still brutally cold, but they jumped right in and had my new battery installed, and I was ready to roll in just a few minutes. Very professional, very helpful and courteous!! I was there and done within 30 minutes. I love these guys!!

brought in a Ford F350..needed new batteries as the old were fried..he said he didn't have enough staff at the moment but once his co worker got in he would be out...bought a Dr. Pepper at the front desk and two batteries..he was out in about 20 minutes and we both changed the batteries together...we both cussed and fixed this truck together..he was a hoot...loved it..majorly recommend..

The staff are friendly and receptive. I had a question regarding a turn singalong blinker and installation. The staff were helpful in helping me spot which bulb was burn out, replace it and help me install it too. Kudos to them!
