My car wouldn't start after my return at the airport. 102 degree weather. After waiting in the lot 3-4 hours; I had the car towed to Northtowne Hyundai (where I bought the car) to be repaired on August 25th. It is now September 20th and they have not even looked at the car; nor given me an update. Although I know they have lots of work; I finally called the Hyundai main office and got a case number and case worker to help. I am 83 years old and have medical appointments to meet. Hopefully the case worker is able to get the repair expedited.

My car needed repairs for something that made driving it unsafe, so I had to leave it. They had no loaners available, but it was just going to be a few days, so that was ok. A few days turned into 4 weeks. We had to rent a car to get to a commitment out of town. I get supply chain issues, but ultimately they ended up finding the part at another dealership. My biggest issue is with lack of communication. I almost never got through to an actual person when calling to check on my car. I once left 3 messages in one day and no one called me back. I will be finding another dealership to work with from now on.

My ex wife traded in our car here. My name is on the title. Northtowne Hyundai sold the car immediately and did not consult me, meaning they sold the car without a title. This is "floating" a title and is a felony. My phone calls were ignored.

Horrible horrible service... unfriendly & rude!!! Two week delay for oil change so we bought oil from them, intending to do it ourselves. We realized they sold wrong weight oil when we got home so we returned it and they charged 10% restocking fee!!! We have bought two brand new Hyundais from this dealership and we like the car; however we will not return for service nor buy another car at this dealership .

Very rude car dealers. Went to look at a car that was listed and I understand it was already sold before arriving but instead of showing us two others upon arriving we were immediately told they had nothing at all. Upon pressing them further the man pointed to one that was sold in the showroom. I asked if I could at least look at it. He said yes but then someone locked the doors. Finally they unlocked the doors so I could sit in it. I said my goal was to eventually see a different trim level and he said he just didn't have any but then pointed again to one out in the parking lot that had been sold. So at least I had a chance to peek in that one. Never took my name, number or any information to let me know when one might be coming in. Incredibly rude. This might be the biggest reason I purchased my Santa Fe in Lawrence KS and I guess I'll return there to purchase my next vehicle. Looking forward to giving someone else my cash and finding my hybrid Hyundai!

High praise for Salesman Matt Kornblum He was very attentive to our wants and needs and found us a perfect auto. We purchased a 2018 Buick Enclave. Matt knew what we were looking for and when the Buick came in on a trade he called tight away. He said he thought it would be perfect for us. Lorrie Whitehead was absolutely amazing! She made sure that I felt safe in my car and that I was getting everything I wanted. Any questions I had she would answer or she would research it for me to find out the answer! She also took the extra time to go through all of the features with me, to show me what I can do with it! Everyone else at the dealership was very nice and they made the process very smooth!
