Had trouble putting wiper blades I had bought on. Not one, but two associates didn't hesitate to step out in the cold & rain to help me out then on. There are good people here.

I was picking up an online order, but the minute I walked in, the clerks were all smiling, asking what they could do for me. Very nice!! I was in and out within 4 minutes! Only bad thing I can say is, the parking lot should be bigger, somehow. Other than that, I definitely will go back for some more "NAPA Know How!"

Horrible service
Brought my car in with a low battery
They tested it said it wasn’t charged enough to get a true result
Told them it had been on a trickle charger for days
That should tell you something
Then he said the only way to test it is to keep it over night and charge it what ?! Really ?!
He said he didn’t have time to change it
Left and went straight to my mechanic checked battery was bad and still under warranty now napa won’t give me a replacement because my mechanic didn’t give me bad battery back when they replaced it
Don’t waste your time with these people who were not willing to help me in the beginning waste of my time

I initially brought my car in to plug it into a computer to run some diagnostics. The guy that helped me was super knowledgeable, and gave me direction as to what possible outcomes it could be. I went back for the parts and Ed helped me with some minor details of the repair parts that were beyond normal customer service acts. Will shop here again. Thanks.
