Super unprofessional customer service and of course, YOU NEED TO STOP TELLING PEOPLE TO PAY WITH CASH! The owner need to take a class on how to common sense and communication. Hope you will treat your customers better but there is never be a next time for me! Go to another supply stores if you don’t wanna get yelled in the face and rush up.

If you like to be ripped off and prices changing on you when it’s time to pay this is the place. If you like mediocre gel polish and horrible customer service you’ve found the perfect supply store. After spending $1,000 on nail supplies, I came home to find that my gel brushes were absolutely horrible. They made it nearly impossible to switch and were EXTREMELY disrespectful.Save your money and energy. Shop local somewhere else who actually values their customers!

Love this place! They are very reasonably priced compared to some of the other nail supply stores. They had everything I needed and then some.Update:I visit this store weekly sometimes twice a week.I have removed my initial 5 star rating and now rating this store with 3 stars. Customer Service is everything. When I first started purchasing from here everything was great including the staff and customer service. Fast forward a few months, things have certainly changed. The staff do not speak when you enter the store (at least not to me), they are not friendly and most importantly they charge you what they want to charge you. There is one lady that is very friendly and I am always happy when she is working. The pricing varies depending on which staff member rings you up. They need to have prices listed for ALL items not just some. All in all they do have a great selection of products but need to work on customer service skills and having prices listed near each item or on the items individually.

I had the best experience at this store. The coworker helped me after I asked my question. She showed me around and explained where everything was. I wasn't there to buy in large quantities but she treated me like I was. Highly recommend shopping here. The price's versus Sally's are hands down beat!
