“These five stars are for Travis, who helped us upgrade my wife’s phone. He asked what brought us in, he listened to our needs, and got us started down the right path. He suggested other services/products we might want without shoving them down our throats. His good service and attitude is in contrast to the manager, who hovered over his shoulder half the time we were there. Zero stars for him. The manager was VERY pushy and would not take no for an answer. He swore up and down that by signing up for two years of DirectTV through ATT, our bill would somehow go down. It sounded too good to be true, and, after a HARD sales pitch for a service we didn’t need/want, he finally ran the numbers in front of me and lo and behold, it was too good to be true. I don’t know if he was intentionally being deceptive or if he just didn’t understand our wants/needs, and I know this environment is all about the upselling, but he actively made our day and our ATT experience worse. Travis = good, Manager = Wait for Travis to become available.”
“I recently switched from a different carrier after 8 years and have been having issues with my service. I came to this location after purchasing my phone elsewhere. Sabrina was so unbelievably helpful and treated me as if I was a customer buying 5 phones from the store. She spent time with me, fully explained everything and how to possibly avoid the same issue in the future. She went out of her way to search for more answers and is following up! I've never experienced top rate service at any cellphone carrier location when the employee knew from the start there was technically nothing in it for them. I was so pleased I was looking for something small to buy just to thank her and she explained that wasn't necessary and I am 100% certain I will get the same treatment at this location in the future whether I am adding 10 lines, just paying my bill or having technical difficulties again!! We will be coming to this location only for all upgrades and anything else in the future!! Thank you Sabrina for being you and taking such good care of me!”

“Came in with a phone screen that was broken and cracked beyond repair, or so that’s what I thought. Tony fixed my phone screen so well you couldn’t even tell that it was broken the day before. Paid 75 dollars for him to fix my screen in 30 minutes! Overall 10/10 highly recommend!!!!”
“Had an issue with my volume rocker on my phone being stuck and Shane was wondeful and cleaned up my phone in less than 30 secs. Definitely worth coming here for any phone repairs.”

“My note 10 was my favorite phone for the last few years and one day it started having trouble connecting to cell towers. I use it for work and gps when traveling, so I was concerned Id have to get a new phone. As soon as I arrived at this location I was immediately greeted and welcomed. I explained my situation to associate, Drake and within just a few minutes he had my account pulled up and started showcasing the phones. It was a very pleasant experience Drake gave me the confidence that my new phone was going to be a fantastic upgrade. Highly recommend this store if you have any ATT issues.”

“Sent in my Red Magic 6 Pro and they did a superb job of fixing it. They also speak English so it was easy to get in, drop the phone off, and pick the phone up. I can't guarantee how the inside of my phone looks like in terms of cable management but all my lights work and every corner works. They made quick work of replacing my screen. He informed me I had water damage, I had already known but I did not know it was to the extent to where he could tell as soon as he opened it. I'll probably have this phone for a year or so before I replace it, but I recommend this place to anyone who wants to make sure their phone is in good hands. Hopefully I won't be coming here often but I probably will haha, great repair I hope for decades of prosperity for them.”

“My boyfriend and I went into the store today to Look for a phone for my boyfriend. The owner of the store was a very kind young man and he helped us and he was wonderful! He helped my boyfriend pick out a phone and get a good plan that fitted his needs. The gentleman helping us (we didn’t catch his name) really made everything easy and quick and he gave us lots of good information. He made the whole process nice and easy and he even made us laugh quite a bit. 10/10 I do recommend and we will be back in the future!”

“Well, in all honesty, there was a younger girl there earlier today who seem to know what she was doing and didn't seem like she was going to have a problem setting me up, but there was a guy there who had this very in-depth problem that didn't have easy solutions or anything so I had to leave and come back later. When I did so, I did get the phone that I was supposed to get, and they did change the number, but they completely forgot to clone the phone and move my accounts and information and email and everything else over to the new phone. So I'll have to go back tomorrow or the next day and try and find the girl who seems to know what she's doing and see if she can do that for me.”
